I like the location and the restaurant!

I’m very upset because the hotel agreed to provide me a double bed on my booking and after I don’t have one because the hotel don’t have one single double bed in the building…

Parking - we arrived on Saturday night - hotel was naturally very busy and we couldn’t park our car in the car park.

Room was lovely, very clean and cosy.

The bed was a bit worn out so you kept falling into the centre.

The breakfast was lovely and I also had my dinner which was beautiful and very well presented

Nothing it was absolutely georgous

Staff are super friendly and helpful - Carol in particular on reception. The bed is huge with a comfy mattress, good quality pillows, the tea and coffee in the room is great with plenty of sachets and a bonus of a tunnock tea cake and caramel bar. The bathroom is new and immaculate - simple with a shower, but extra details like a heated mirror, vanity pack and good quality luxurious shower gel, the towels are super fluffy and large too. Highly recommend this place.

I ate in the restaurant - the chicken was a little dry - but still delicious, honestly not much to complain about here.

the staff was not helpful especially when your running late in checking out after sleeping in lots of pressure

pressure at checkout even though the cleaners have 5 other rooms to clean but they are constant in chucking yous out I don’t like this when stay is over thd way most of hotel staff react. they have 4 /5 hours for next check in so I don’t know what’s the fuss

Tight room and only one chair.

Lovely decor, bar and restaurant. Staff were really helpful and attentive when there was a problem with the fan in the bathroom, it was resolved straight away.

Hotel looks great, nice bar for a drink in the afternoon and reasonable prices. Staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful Breakfast was lovely, loads of choice and everything looked fresh

The double room we had was really cramped. Bed was so close to the window you had to shuffle sideways to get in to it and no side table for your cuppa in the morning. Very limited storage for clothes so they stayed in suitcase for duration - not ideal. No mention on website that they had no meals apart from breakfast.

Lovely clean modern hotel, really comfortable rooms, breakfast excellent, friendly staff

Breakfast was good; bedroom was very nice; parking was fine; value for money - goodish.

Just unfortunate that a wedding party was also booked for the evening which meant that the late night guests did not always observe the Premier Inn requirement of treading softly and closing the bedroom doors themselves rather than allowing the doors to be self-closed sharply.

Superb breakfast - the plate was not big enough to fit it all on !! Very close to a rail connection into central Glasgow Very helpful and efficient staff Plenty of car parking space

The bed was much too soft

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Very good facilities, all modern and of a high standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for Glasgow city centre and for access to motorway network.
