Clean property and well maintained. If you need something done just talk to John at Reception and he will organize things without delay. Closer walk to city area with cafes, restaurants and pubs. And all the attractions including tram stop to get around the city. Would like to highlight how John helped with all the little things like last minute organizing my airport shuttle, giving me coins to pay for the bus just in case bus driver didn't have any, organizing a quick make up of my room as I missed it due to sleep in. Amazing customer service and very attentive to needs of people living away from home and new to the locality.

Nothing really. Pretty much enjoyed my stay as if I needed anything just have to talk to John and he will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and easy.

Very clean and warm. Exceptionally clean.

The reception could have been friendlier, for two females who were travelling through to Otago from Wellington and Picton Ferry we wanted two showers, the night we arrived and the morning we were leaving so the two towels in our room was not going to be enough. When we asked for more towels the motel reception was rude and interrogating and felt two towels was enough, after advising the need he advised that we needed to pick up from reception, he left outside the reception door on the concrete. We were shocked.

During our stay there was an issue with the Wifi, but believe they were fixing it during our stay. Parking here can be a tight especially when at capacity and most people are driving SUV's.

Very convenient, central location. Car park guaranteed. Room/townhouse had a good size. Quiet (double glazed windows) which was great. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Like any motel, the bathroom needs more hooks for hanging used towels. A soap dish would be nice so the soap doesn't dissolve on the sink. Our neighbors were loud during the second night but that's not the motels fault. It was just annoying that people would be so inconsiderate and make constant noise at midnight when we're trying to sleep to catch an early flight.
