Everything is superb compared to the price!

Great location. The rooms were small but cozy and had everything I needed. The staff had made my stay comfortable and enjoyable too. Akshay from the front desk was quite helpful and the housekeeping and engineering staff were quick to action when I had an issue with my blinders.

Small room and breakfast. I did not try breakfast. I had breakfast outside hotels, but the staff were very bad and did not help me. Creativity.

الموقع رائع جداً، آنسة امل استثنائية والشاب أيمن خدوم جداً ورائع باستثناء الشاب السوري في الاستقبال، كان يحاول التهرب من اي خدمة.

العاملين في خدمة الغرف ليسو أمينين على الاطلاق، يعبثون بجميع الاغراض، واذكياء لدرجة سرقة بعض المال وليس كله. تجنباً للمشاكل ولتفاهة المبلغ لم اخبر الاستقبال بالموضوع

le petit déjeuner très médiocre et les assiettes vides du buffet ne sont pas remplacées, même à la demande des clients plus d'une heure avant la fermeture du petit déjeuner. Même le pain est posé au compte goutte. Toutes les tables et les assises du lobby sont réservées pour la location et nous les clients de l'hôtel n'avions aucune chaise pour nous asseoir ou nous réunir, malgré plusieurs réclamations. Pourtant nous avions choisi cet hôtel avec des collègues, logés dans le même hôtel , pour participer ensemble à l'exhibition. nous avons dû nous réunir dans la chambre alors qu'elle est exiguë. Il n'y a pas de café dans les chambre, pour des gens d'affaire , c'est compliqué!

Good location, Staff is very helpful specially Trevor.

Shower area is small and requires a sliding gate/cover because the water is splashed all over the bathroom.

Quiet, well located, functional and comfortable room and great overall experience well above the general Ibis experience in other countries.

早餐不错，丰富，面包很好吃，位置特别方便，可以便于自己在市区逛街。室内简洁的装修我很喜欢。

第二天好像清洁不是特别及时，有时候有，有时候好像就忘记了，我住的时间不长，还好。

Good location close to Sheikh Zayed Road and DIFC.

Poor breakfast and customer service. Staff not welcoming at all, especially the receptionists.

The room had a foul smell coming all along. The bathroom wasn't clean and the drainage system was not working. During the shower the water started to collect and took a long time to go through. We spent half a night out due to the smell. No one helped us there. From reception no help was received in the room. I was so uncomfortable. The stay was awful. And we fell ill. We checked out early due to all this. Even the security guard was making faces and cursing when asked for a little help with luggage. I am so disappointed. Everyone was rude and arrogant. Their behaviour was racist with us. No amenities were provided. The towels provided had a foul smell too. When asked for new towels they never gave us that. The room was so small as compared to the pictures shown. It was so bad. We were uncomfortable there. We fell ill. We're never coming back. We wanted to extend earlier but dropped the idea when saw the room. I would appreciate it if you could give us a refund and compensation for this awful stay. This is the least I'm expecting. Thank you

Accessibility and value for money. Near the metro and its in CBD, so everything is nearby

no parking, you have to park in other hotel no soaps or shampos no flipflops no food breakfast paid and in another hotel :) no one to carry your bags the worst hotel ever hotels with one star are significantly better
