Pobyt jsme měli jen na 1 noc, bez snídaně a s pejskem.

Měli jsme trochu problém v koupelně, špatně splachoval a protékal záchod.

Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen, die wir als Eltern mit zwei Babies haben, voll erfüllt.

hotel is close to a tram station. Its room is big.

I booked a single room but when I arrived the hotel, I got a twin room, in which the two beds are both narrow (width 90cm). I spent 1 hour to ask the hotel reception to change my room and final I got a single room for the second night. However, this room is separated with the neighbor room only by a door! The sound in the neighbor room is so clear that I was woken up in 5 am when someone gets up. I have to ask the reception again to change to a new room and had two normal night eventually. There is nobody on the reception in the morning. And sometimes there is only a receptionist who cannot speak English. No toothpaste, no toothbrush and no slippers. WIFI is slow. The breakfast is expensive with low types of food. Nobody told me that breakfast is not free.

O hotel está em frente a um ponto de bondinho e próximo a estação de trem, o que facilita muito pqra chegar ao centro. Tem vários restaurantes próximos, alguns comercios como lojas e mercados. O quarto é grande e o banheiro maior ainda, o chuveiro era muito bom.

A cama para casal não é boa, pois são dois colchões de solteiro, não é confortável.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sehr sauber, geruchsneutral und neuwertig. Unkomplizierter freundlicher Check in. In dem Hotel und der Gegend ist es ruhig. Der Einrichtungsstil ist nicht mehr der modernste aber das Mobiliar wertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Matratzen würde ich als eher weich einstufen. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell in der Mitte oder Friedrichshain.

Man hört die Straßenbahn. Das Frühstück und das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten da wir es nicht genutzt haben.

Karlshorst is a very good neighbourhood on the S Bahn and tram lines not far from Ostkreuz and the centre. Decent size room that would suit disabled and elderly guests. If you're lucky, you'll get the Dominican lady at breakfast.

Breakfast rather limited for the price.

Nice and quiet hotel, breakfast was simple but good. Everything was nice and clean and looked well cared for.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood but not so close to the city center, there’s various stations of the different means of transportations very close.

It's close to the tram stop. Room and bathroom are good size.

This must've been the funniest encounter with a hotel receptionist ever 😁. It's almost like she was really offended that I exist. I came in saying that I have a booking and she looked at me with an expression like, "So!?". I told her I wanted to check in and she started taking my details; I think she might have been a bit offended that I am Australian, or just didn't think I should be 😁. I got out of her way quickly cos she wasn't amused by my questions of how to get in after hours. On another note, bed sheets were stained and bathroom had a weird smell to it, i tried bringing in some fresh air into the room but didn't work out.

Good breakfast, clean property, nicely sized room.

There were some small issues like a bit of water damage and some peeling paint that made the room feel a bit lower quality, but it was a pleasant stay at the end of the day.

The staff and the room were super.

It was a bit noisy due to the proximity of the tram lines.

Heating system wasn't working. But they fix for 2nd night. Too low number of pillows
