Das Personal bei der Rezeption. Wir waren bewusst sehr früh im Hotel, mehrere Stunden vorm Check in, teilten dies auch vorab mit, weil wir einen Nachtflug hatten und nur für einen Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht in Dubai waren. Dass wir das Zimmer nicht schon um 6 Uhr in der Früh bekommen, wenn der Check erst ab 15 Uhr ist, war uns klar. Man wollte uns gleich ein Zimmer geben, mit Extrakosten in der Höhe von einer 1/2 Nacht. Wir wollten nur die Möglichkeit haben eines Umkleideraumes haben, wir wurden auf die Toiletten geschickt zum Umziehen. Da wir schon frühere Aufenthalte in diesem Hotel hatten, wissen wir, dass es eine Möglichkeit zum Umziehen gibt. Weiters wurde uns bei früheren Aufenthalte ein Willkommensgetränk angeboten, sowie Cafe und ein Frühstück in der Lounge (nicht im Buffetbereich). Zusätzlich sind wir Jumeirah One Members, zählte alles nichts. Weiters wurde das Zimmer doppelt auf der Kreditkarte blockiert und dauert immer lange, bis diese Blockierung aufgehoben wird.

Отель очень хороший, что неудивительно за такие деньги. Интересная архитектура в мавританском стиле, искусственная речка, соединяющая между собой несколько отелей, очень приятно и удобно плавать на лодочках по всему этому каналу. Отличный просторный номер, вкусная еда в ресторанах.

Бассейн мелковат, в основном глубина 0,9м. Но это не такая большая проблема. Хуже то, что работает он с 9 до 19ч, ни до , ни после охрана в лице спасателей не дает купаться вообще. На пляже попроще, там с раннего утра на некоторых участках пляжа купаться можно хотя бы. Интернет не такой уж быстрый, по вотсаппу звонить затруднительно, правда на ресепшн сказали, что с вотсаппом по всей стране строгости и ограничения...

Almost everything is top world class 5 star - lots of good improvements in the last 2 years.

Few bits of feedback. Room service for basic things needs speeding up. Comms boxes on the beach mostly don’t work. The back- lit face mirrors in all bed rooms are way too low ( set for sub 150cm guests) Provide size 46/47 slippers in bedrooms.( not just girls sizes) Provide healthy berries at breakfast it’s what the wealthy expect and want!! Blueberries. Raspberries, blackberries etc in volume. Not just low volume mixed in with strawberries. Provide fried bread at breakfast. (For a world class breakfast look no further than Puente Romano marbella - lower room rate - better breakfast) make sure the cash machines have 20/50 notes for tips. And most of all get rid of the poo/sewerage smell near the circular swimming pool bar!!! ( don’t leave it to the staff to say it’s diesel boats. Finally the lack of live music in favour of nothing or disinterested dj’s is lamentable. Quba bar became Buci and has lost its soul by laying off the amazing Philippino band that was there for years. Stop the penny pinching and cost saving around live music please

Номер клубный с видом на океан за 28000 дирхам Оснащение номера скудное, ежедневная уборка плохая , в приват лаунже ужасные завтрак иногда отсутствует часть блюд, на просьбы принести отсутствующее персонал не реагирует В номере бегал таракан , фен был привязан к ящику Персонал мог не постучавший зайти в номер Но все при этом улыбаются что создает общее впечатление пофигизма

Böyle güzel bir otelde bu kadar kötü kahvaltı! Nazar boncuğu olsun. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelde bu kadar ucuz ve vasıfsiz eleman çalıştirmak ta diğer bir konu. Turizmin yüksek kalite düzeyinde yaşandığı ülkelerden profesyonel yöneticiler getirmek, Turizm okullarından stajyer öğrenci getirmek bile mevcutlardan daha iyi netice verecektir. Kimse bana kızmasın ama 15 yıl önce yaşadiğım tecrübeyi tekrar yaşadım kaliteli otele kaliteli eleman şart...

It has always been great to stay here. We have this family tradition to stay here before travelling for our summer vacation.

Only one thing that the staff who attended us during our check in was not approachable. The rest was great.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed so far in dubai , beautiful modern/ traditional Arabic style hotel , friendly staff , had the best steak ever at the French Riviera restaurant , pool was very big , most beautiful sunset at the beach , we stayed at the delux beach view room , the room was amazing , the most comfortable bed , best breakfast buffet !! everything was spectacular, we enjoyed our stay we definitely come back again !!

We had to wait quite while for buggy to arrive, otherwise I loved everything !

We feel like home. The room was very nice and spacious. We really like the lagoon which gives a holiday atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional! And we did appreciate the vast choice of restaurants in the resort

The fitness center was too far from our hotel. The kids club was for the little ones but there was nothing for my daughter of 8 years old. So, I couldn’t go to the spa…. :(

The hotel rooms are a bit old , we had an access to the palace lounge, was surprised,that we had to remind several times to remove dirty glasses and plates from the table
