Poor facilities, there is no value for money. Room was smelling, Iron was not working. One soap for the whole stay.

I think the Wi-Fi can be a better as I struggled to do my video meetings.

I always feel warm visiting the hotel because of the staff. They are the real value at the hotel.

Staff warm friendly, attentive and welcoming as ever. The Taj has a great reputation for this and never fails to deliver. Rooms were lovely - very happy with the room and the bar/restaurant was great.

noise!!! so noisy which made it very difficult to fully relax and enjoy our stay. our first night we were situated opposite the staff service entrance, which has a door that bangs. so throught out the day and night their were dining carts and talking and doors banging. had a terrible sleep. We were kindly moved to a new location for the following night. However, to our horror we went to dine and have a beer downstairs and at 7pm a DJ set commenced. The noise level was completely over the top - you couldn’t hear yourself talk and most definitely couldn’t have a conversation. We were left wondering as to the identity of the establishment. Is it a 5 star hotel or a night club. We were not on business trip but we did have a very early morning flight. This unfortunately ruined what would have a been a wonderful stay. Taj MG road, it is very rude to put your guests through this level of noise. You should have communicated the DJ set when we first booked, that way we could have cancelled our reservation. Finally, not one person swam in the pool during our stay. I believe it is situated in the wrong place, in the bar area. Therefore it is more for show than function. The vast majority of women would not feel at all comfortable in their swimming costumes surrounded by men drinking beer whilst watching them swimming.
