It was in a convenient location to all the attractions. The staff was also very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge selection of items.

The location is great for anyone who is not very familiar to the city. - the room was spacious - the bed and AC was comfortable - the staff is very helpful and nice - food and drinks are reasonably priced

The hotel looks dated and does not give a 5 star vibe . - most fixtures / lights in the room did not work - mediocre toiletries - bathroom shower needs a new head and I think the bathroom in itself needs an upgrade.

Good location, very close to the metro and close enough to city centre and Lalbagh park. Nice large room, airy rooftop pool (and they manage to create a work around of having weddings arranged and yet keep the pool open in the day for guests, this is unusual as in many hotels in India one arrives to find the pool closed for weddings). Nice breakfast and good spa treatments, the 15 min complimentary leg massage is a nice touch! The staff are cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping/ cleaning and room service was good.

Initially we were on the 2nd floor in a room that had a bad view and the internal phone didn't work but once we contacted reception we were moved to the 5th floor which was great. The room itself was great. The only quibbles were the automatic blinds were fiddly and we had to listen to tables being dragged every night for a couple of hours on the upstairs floor (the restaurant was above our room).

Excellent customer service, Very clean, great location! So close to everything, shopping, metro, eatery. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The room was super spacious and comfy. The bathroom was equally big and clean. And the staff was welcoming, respectful and lovely. As an add-on the Metro Station „South End circle“ is only a few minutes walk away.

excellent ambience and facilities. lacks publicity as no one seem to know your existence as a 5 star hotel!! check in and check out was smooth. the staff at the restaurants were nice but require more training to classify as 5 star

staff should be trained well to find solutions for the guest. I wanted my car to be cleaned as it had gathered dust traveling from chennai to Bengaluru. staff bluntly said it’s not possible and directed me to find a garage! I am a Sr citizen and is it right to go for a car wash which is not in my agenda as I have other things to do😄 hotel must add this service and can charge!

The staff are amazing and even though I turned up a year early! my fault! Checked us in and we had a lovely stay in a fab room.
