Needless to say the location but the biggest winner was the openness that allowed the flow of air. The feel of the breeze while walking through the lobby area was amazing.

Service was exceptional especially Ms Jennifer and Ms Renuka from front desk.. ITC Team Good Job Keep it up!!!

Breakfast spread was really good Filter coffee not so

Restaurant food was spicy could have been less spucy

Property was big neat and clean,had massage chair in room and very spacious.Mini bar had good selection of beverages and Snacks.

Service double standards during break fast service...Chefs were bothered to take feedbacks only from tables where foreigners were seated.....Sad to see these kind of discriminative behaviours happening....Dear Executive chef if you wanna take feedback on service and food then better take from every table who have paid and staying with u...orelse give us better rates than foreigners so we know why they are treated special....

In an urgency by oversight I left my 100 grams gold chains in the bed and left the hotel . Even I checked out and about to board the flight . Hotel staff themself found out that in the bed and called me and informed me . Till that moment am not aware of missing the neck malas. They were so courteous and took the initiative to courier the articles to my residence . Hats off to the entire hous keeping team . This has happened on 7/8/23 n my room no was 2116 . Thanks to the sincerity of the entire team
