Next morning the receptionist and the manager took care of us

I didn't like the evening staff lady receptionist. I came from the airport and there was some miscommunication in the morning and she didn't give me a room. I was tired and exhausted after a long flight, explaining everything to her. I even told her what am I supposed to know, do you want me to sleep outside. After a lot of explanation I had to even tell her give me a room for tonight and she said if I give a room for he night you will have to check out in the morning. This was my bad experience in the evening but in the morning after explaining to the manager he was good and helped.

Staff don’t smile, are very cold and unwelcoming. My checkin process was unpleasant. I was carrying a lot of luggage and had just flown 14 hours. My luggage was left in the lift for me to take to my room by myself. No help offered. At the reception they speak to you as if they are doing you a great service by speaking to you. You have caused them great pain and disturbed their day by coming to the reception. Last but not least they don’t know how to handle customers documents. I can appreciate you need to take a copy of my passport for identity proof, but why do you have to “”fold” it in manner that it will get spoilt. passports shouldn’t be folded in the opposite direction.

The hotel amenities, staff and breakfast service were good

The room allocated to me was called a suite and was small. The amenities mentioned in the site was a long list but a few items were missing - no welcome drink, cookies, fruit basket etc.

Rooms are big and clean. Staff are also good.

They seems under staffed. Also saw cockroaches couple of times in the buffet hall area.

location of the hotel was good. breakfast spread was wide but the quality can be much better.

Service from the staff was very poor; The lady at the reception didnt even welcome us not did they give us the welcome drink although I had booked the suite. The staff at the restaurant didnt bring things even after asking multiple times and their attitude was not pleasant. The lifts were full of dust and the toilets in the lobby area were smelling bad.

there is no ventilation and they provide refrigerater that is no use we informed but no has came for it

The room was clean, the breakfast was good with a variety of items, good for the kids as well. The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel is exceptionally good.

They couldn't confirm my booking even when I called them multiple times and mails. Even after reaching the check in process was a hassle and took a lot of time.
