Consistently there was an issue with availability of tissue papers and hand towels in the restaurant.

The breakfast wasn't good; the gym is small, and the receptionist talked too much (tried hard to push for me to upgrade to the suite)

:It was just not during my check out but also during check in your front office colleague could not even find my booking confirmation. Secondly I was barred from using room number to charge my in room dining services.This is the first time and it is outrightly not acceptable from any 5 star properties. I felt like I was marked as one of your bad customers who will not pay for in room dining services and check out.

The staff is very non professional. The room service doesn’t pick the phone for like 5-7 mins even when you continuously ring. They don’t send your parcels at your room. You need to go all the way on the reception and receive it. I asked the staff that I want to extend my stay they directly said as you have booked online we cant do anything you need to make another booking yourself. The breakfast was having very less options and daily same. Very less north indian options and poor juice. No bathrobes by default you need to separately ask for it.
