as a IHG group we booked but the when compared to other IHG hotels this hotel is not upto the expectation

Lack of professionalism among staffs and their attitude towards guests. As a guest we need to ask for every things even complementary items that were supposed to be included as part of the booking. Worst part is one of the reception staffs treating us disrespectfully when asked for complementary water bottle that comes with the booking. Not expected this for the Holiday Inn standards.

The food and the service was really nice.

The facilities was limited and many of the availed amenities was below standard or really bad at times.

The location. That's pretty much the ONLY likeable things about this hotel.

Parking - Stinky basement. No signages. No dedicated parking. Odour - The entire hotel right from the lobby to the hallways on every floor has a ridiculously musty urine soaked smell. Staff - Possibly the rudest hotel staff I've come across. They behave like hostel wardens. And the fact that I've booked via booking.com made him think I was getting this room for free. During breakfast the staff were very rude like they were doing us a favour and this was some homeless shelter. Never again am I staying in this hotel. And my corporate office has been informed to blacklist this hotel.

F&B can be improved.

Breakfast area could become cramped very quickly. Soiled tables aren't cleaned quickly.
