Fantastic breakfast, huge choice of hot and cold dishes. Cleanliness, special thanks to Mr. Noor who took everyday care of our comfort. Our room was perfectly cleaned everyday. Localisation, plenty of shops and restaurants around hotel. 7-10 minutes walk to metro station /Internet City/ Wonderful stay, and best wishes to all exceptionally welcoming staff. I will be back for sure.

Amazing hotel with good service and accommodation. Room was clean and cozy. Very tasty food in the hotel. Separately I want to say thank you to housekeeping men Vishnu and Joey . They made my vacation much better. Always caring and attentive. Pay attention to the client’s wishes. Also all staff is friendly and ready to help. Thank you! I will come back for sure:)

Size of the Room, Breakfast was very good, other guests, facilities were very ok, location in tecom is very good, bed was good, and good kitchen with washing machine

Staff did not remember what we ordered: check in and check out time and payment was a problem, they forgot a lot of things we told them, because they communication and writing down on paper problems to remember details. For that price this service was not enough.

Great location with easy access to the main attractions and the beach only 15 minute drive away very comfortable bed and great facilities lovely pool value for money housekeeping team very good especially Mr.Vishnu and Akash

We were very happy during our stay in this hotel, the location was OK, few minutes walk from the metro station, breakfast was very good and you can choose from many options. Staff was very nice and helpful they were trying to help us in all manners. We can recommend this hotel as one of the best !especially Housekeeping Team, Vishnu, Santhosh ❤

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms always clean and immaculate and lots of room available by the pool. And really enjoyed some small change ups for breakfast in the morning.

The only downside is the WiFi wasn't strong enough in certain areas of our suite, or by the pool and we did struggle to get food and drinks up by the pool, it did take quite a long time.

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel and really good services. A great thing about location of the hotel is that it's close to nearby landmarks and also you have it all around the hotel, the grocery stores, shopping malls, pharmacy and more.especially House keeping staff Vishnu is good ❤❤❤

The place is very convenient if you have a late night flight and an early morning appointment at the Damac building around the corner, just a 200m walk.

The hotel feels tired and worn. The rooms are drab and dreary. Other than being close to the Damac offices, there is not really any reason to stay here at all, in a city filled with beautiful hotels, many of them in a similar price range.
