Great location. Lovely staff.

It’s tired and needs some work, on the ground floor with only a door to let in fresh air but no security screen so couldn’t sleep with it open

I love this hotel. It is right across from the beach. I had an ocean view room with a small balcony on a busy street and it was still quiet in the room. I asked to check in early and someone came to meet me. I never needed or saw any staff-person again which was fine with me. The room was super clean, has lots of outlets and a lamp by the bed. It's not fancy but it had every thing I need, a nice modernist style, and the beach right across the street.

The location in Coogee was fantastic with easy access to shops and resturants. I would only stay in the king room with ocean view. It was INCREDIBLE. have the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and watching the sun rise over the ocean was a delight. The room was so spacious

Hotel is in a great location right opposite Coogee beach, with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The room was pleasant and clean, definately nothing fancy.
No parking and staying on a Friday night when Coogee was busy getting street parking wasn't easy. Needing to use 1 hour parking from 8:30am, meant the hope of a sleep in and use of the 11am check out wasn't possible. Rooms were noisy, street noise and people in room above.

The location is obviously very close to the beach - about the only thing this place has going for it.
The room, bathroom in particular, was terrible. Old, cracks in all the tiling and didn't feel super clean. x

Great location and value for money. The room was great and ideal for what we needed, which was just a bed and ensuite.
The shower in the bathroom needs to be hit with exit mould. This could be a problem for someone with a respiratory problem.

The hotel had charm. It was a lovely quaint little place.

Exceptional view and location.
Stove was out of action and appeared to be for a long time, fridge was the same. Fridge had been replaced by a tiny bar fridge which had never been defrosted. Couch consisted of the cushions on the floor, no base so exceptionally uncomfortable.. I could go on but won't.
