Stayed here a number of times great location rooms clean and comfortable staff excellent

Breakfast menu not as good as it used to be it used to be excellent now it’s just okay. I realise in these tough economic times you have to make changes but in my humble opinion you may have gone in the wrong direction

Great location. Service is always good and the rooms are comfortable. Very good value for money. Our room had a beautiful view over the harbour. Recommend this accommodation.

Intolerant entitled guests. Complaints regarding frivolity no music no singing just voices the odd scream 😝

Bright, spacious room with a huge bed, huge TV and expansive views of Auckland CBD and the inner harbour. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean - the shower pressure was great. Free onsite parking in such a central location is a big plus. Staff are professional and very helpful. Easy walking distance to Parnell Road with its shopping, art galleries and Link buses, as well as the Parnell Rose Garden and beautiful adjacent parks.

Suited our needs perfectly: a studio with a kitchenette and bathroom, not newly refurbed but very clean. Giant TV. Location is quiet and free onsite parking an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the tub of washing powder available in the guest laundries. Overall, very good value.

A stovetop in the kitchenette would be nice.

Très bien situé, la chambre est propre, les lits confortables, la kitchenette et la vaisselle très bien. Le personnel très aimable et serviable. Un grand parking est à disposition.

The venue is old but a great job with maintenance and keeping rooms fresh and upgrading a number of things. The check in at reception was pleasant & efficient.

The service in the restaurant was one reason I ate there only once, on arrival. I had to get up three times to find out where, what I had asked for, was. A not great experience when arriving at the bar area after the conference - commented on by the person in front of me as well. Customer service, number 1 key to business success.

The location was very handy, as we were on a cruise The next day. Also having a restaurant on site with pleasant staff was great.

I feel the person that booked us in and out ( think it was the same lady) just could have smiled a bit.

The beds are sooo comfy Great staff, and perfectly clean Perfect for late arrivals with office open 24/7 Did I mention check out isn’t until 11am?? This was our second stay here. Will definitely stay again

We had a one BR apartment in the South building. It was spacious, quiet and comfortable, with simple but adequate kitchen facilities. The bathroom was superb - the best we have come across. The on site restaurant was a great advantage. It is a great location if you are visiting Auckland with a car. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were no instructions for the induction cooktop or microwave. A staff member had to come and show us. It turns out you had to set the clock on the microwave to a time (any time) before you could get the power buttons to work. The online compendium of information needs to include those instructions.

The staff members/receptionist are really nice and overall room was clean. Good place for the price.

We had a room with a wonderful city view from the balcony. Our room was large, with lots of natural light and the bathroom was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to be in a room that had space for all our luggage. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Room decent size. Food facilities. Kitchen facilities provided. Good bus route. Staff very helpful. Restaurant on site reasonably priced.
