Cost of parking , far too expensive , couldn't find how to put heating on in room , should be a brochure .

4'6" Bed, we used to Super Kingsize, but understand why you have them, didnt spoil our stay though!

The room was not cleaned, I could see the hairs left on pillows and blankets, the restaurant was disappointing, very limited menu, not all of them available , the quality of food was very low, even they had no bottles of water in room, when I asked for water, they said you should come to reception desk…surprisingly how they are 4-stars hotels, charging me for a perfect hotel, but giving me too week services.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs, with the sea front, beach, pier and town centre all within easy reach. The hotel was also spotless and maintained at a very high standard of cleanliness. The room itself was a good size and whilst not ultra modern, it was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and provided great service, being polite and professional at all times. The restaurant was also good, with very tasty food options.

The bathroom lacked ventilation, so got very steamed up and needed the door to be propped open. Additionally, only one towel rail for a twin room so difficult to suitably dry towels after use. Was a little pricy, but was to be expected during Air Festival weekend.

The location is good, not too far, and not too close. Friendly staff and accommodating . We were given an executive room and some complimentary snacks.

I was happy that we were given an executive room, but the downside was that it's an easy access room, which I didn't request. I was not informed and too late to move to a different room. Everything in the toilet is low, and we're not comfortable apart from that everything is OK.
