Beds were comfortable, the appartment was clean and had everything you need while away. the beach is a 1 minute walk straight across the road. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Room service clean was very poor no cleaning just made the bed and changed the towels didn't even leave new toilet paper.

Our apartment was spacious and well equipped for a family holiday. The managers Caroline and Laurie were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient.

Location is excellent being directly on the Broadwater with fabulous views and walking facilities. The property has a bus stop at the gate which takes you to all the nearby shopping centres.

10-minute walk to the waveless beach. 15-minute drive to Helensvale station (tram for Gold Cost). Good complex/apartment with all you need for a holiday.
We stayed for 5 days and I was given internet as 1.5Gb for 7 days. It is a very low data for 4-person family (2 kids). We used our mobile traffic as alternative.

Getting in and out of the property. eg lift is the only way as stairs were not lighted properly

Location is good. Close to movie world and harbor town. Reception staff is nice and welcoming.
Pretty old apartment. Rusty sink, no hair dryer and dryer in the laundry not working. We washed our dirty clothes and have to spread them in the car to dry in the car park when we were visiting the them park. Sheet for our extra bed was dirty with stain on it.
