excellent facilities, customer service and respecting of privacy with family. staff were not intrusive and very accommodating. special mention to duty manager Ahmed for his impeccable welcome once again.

Old bathroom equipment - needs to change

The hotel contacted me a few days prior to my stay to confirm my travel arrangements and inquire about any specific needs I may have had, such as dietary restrictions or transportation services. This was a thoughtful gesture that was further confirmed by an email.

I can confidently say that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of royal treatment. I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.

Couldn't enjoy anything as hotel wasn't willing to change my date of booking made by mistake. Not caring about customer experience.

Ein perfektes Hotel auf der Palme direkt am Stand. Sieht aus wie ein Palast. Uns hat alles sehr sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist so unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich das man es fast nicht glauben kann. Einzelne Menschen kann man nicht hervorheben, da wirklich jeder super war. An jeder Ecke wird rund um die Uhr geputzt und poliert. Das sich das lohnt sieht man. Das doch schon ältere Hotel, glänzt an allen Ecken. Ein perfektes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Man kann direkt vom Pool an den privaten Stand gehen. Dieser war nicht überlaufen und die Liegen waren schön auseinander. Am Nachbarhotel sah man aus der Ferne die Gäste sehr viel enger liegen. Die Restaurants inkl. Pool Bar waren auch perfekt. Gerade am Pool und am Strand einen Service zu haben mit kleinen Snacks ist sehr bequem, gerade mit Kindern. Alles ist wie in Dubai üblich überwacht und sicher. Das Frühstück war Mega mit tollen internationalen Speisen aber auch viel einheimischen Gerichten. Im Restaurant haben wir einmal Abends gegessen, der Koch ist Italiener und somit gab es Italienisch, was auch gut war. Am Anreiseabend haben wir auf dem Zimmer gegessen da es schon recht spät war, war auch super. Ich kann das Hotel absolut Empfehlen. Ich mache mir so meine Gedanken, da ich schon in vielen Hotels dieser Kategorie auf der Welt war. Hier an diesem können sich viele Hotels gerade in Europa eine "Scheibe" abschneiden. Das Kempinski Palm Jumeirah lässt viele andere im Schatten stehen...

Wirklich nichts, absolut nichts.

Everything about this place was great. The staff were always friendly, the apartment were cleaned daily. The food choices were fantastic and nothing was an issue for the team! The pool was amazing.

Location and the rooms

1. They didn’t inform about not having beach at the time of booking - minor 2. We had a very bad experience at their hair salon. They charged for a hair colour for my daughter, crazy 2000 USD. They reduced by 600 USD after I spoke to them. But it is still too much and they wanted only cash. This reduction was made only after I spoke to hotel reception and they claimed that the salon is not associated to the hotel. I wonder why have such places at the hotel premises. It was a disaster. At the end of it, the hair colour didn’t even look good.

The hotel is very family orientated and one of the best I have experienced in my many visits to Dubai. The housekeeping team managed by sidiq were great. The ladies in Red were very attentive and really put customer experience first. The breakfast restaurant team where also exceptional.

The beach was closed due to government works however the hotel did very well to please guests in providing access to other hotel beaches. It didn’t bother us as we used the pool.

the facilities, the amenities. I wish I knew this was hotel apartments instead of hotel and residences as advertised. it was extremely disappointing to arrive at a ‘5 star’ resort without the 5 star facilities and amenities and dining options. the rooms were spacious and comfortable the staff was beyond amazing! but I definitely wouldn’t say this property is 5 star.
