Location perfect, 5m from beachfront bars and restaurants. Easy check in and out and staff very helpful.

Location was very good, close to the sea. For breakfast there was a big variety compred to size of the hotel.

Weird smell in the lift.

Reception open at night, so no problems checking in after midnight. Decent breakfast with good coffee (and in a top floor room, so has a view).

No guest parking, so our rental car handover had to take place on a nearby street with yellow lines

The staff at breakfast were nice, the fresh orange juice was great, the breakfast was tasty except the coffee what was terrible! The view from the breakfast area is nice to the see. The room were clean and the daily cleaning was good.

We received a smaller room what you can see in the pictures! It is only mx. 16 m2 instead of the 20! The bathroom were also different not like on the pictures and for a 190 tall man the narrow bathroom is a torture.... So ROOM IS SMALLER , the BED IS TERRIBLE ,must be replaced already and not we are the first who mention it. The WINDOW ISOLATION is weak, especially early morning we woke up twice for the garbage truck.... THE WIEW FROM THE BALCONY IS.... the coffee at breakfast is just black water... The wardrobe was smelly inside and generally was not that was you can see on the pictures! The corridor wallpaper already damaged and was strange smell in the staircase....

super comfortable beds, great breakfast and at an excellent location. the staff was nice and helpful

the shower curtain was a bit short so every time we took a shower the water was splashing outside making the floor wet and we used many towels to keep the floor clean (as muchas possible)

The breakfast was very good. The view from the panoramic terrace is very beautiful. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative, making their guests feel at home. This place is located literally just behind the beachfront hotels and in two minutes walk from the beachfront lane, all the restaurants and Finikoudes Beach. Still very quiet. In 5 minutes walk from the main bus station where you can get on the buses to (from) Larnaca airport and all the Intercity buses to (from) Ayia Napa, Nicosia, Paphos, Limassol. Great place. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Larnaca.

There is nothing that I didn't like about this place.

The location is perfect, very close to FInikoudes Beach and also very close to great restaurants and bars. Though rhw breakfast did not change that often, the freshness and quitu of food was very good.

Old hotel, needs renovation...and overpriced. A nearby hotel I usually stay in (also well located), is in a much better shape, and cheaper (with breakfast included). A tiny but symbolic detail: I asked for a bottle of water, they said they only provide a small one for the first night

Very friendly lady who welcomed us and tried to find a solution for the evening.

The room was very dusty. My sister and I both started sneezing and got an inch in bed. We actually wanted to cancel and go to another hotel but this wasn’t possible. The lady who welcomed us made sure we had nee bed sheets which helped and the bed was comfortable. As we only stayed for one night it was fine. But otherwise I would have been very disappointed to stay in this hotel if it was for a longer stay.

The breakfast was very nice with freshly squeezed orange juice, though they ran out of it on our last day. The location is perfect, very close to the sea and city centre. There are 5 car parking places in front of the hotel. The air conditioner is very nice.

The elevator is very small and a bit scary too. There isn't a proper bathroom in the room, just a glass cabin for the shower and toilet, so you can see and also smell everything.

Hotel is very nice, extremely clean, the room was really comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location is the best . People working in the hotel are the best, extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice, for me the best thing was fresh orange juice every day.
