The property is in a prime location to visit the taj Mahal as it’s a couple minute walk around the corner. We were sick during our stay( not because of the food in sai palace) and they were very helpful will booking extra nights and helping us when needed.

Tuvimos una estancia realmente genial! El personal es increíblemente agradable y te ayuda en todo lo posible - gracias por todo, sois maravillosos! :) El hotel es sencillo, pero está muy limpio y las camas son muy cómodas. Desayunamos en la terraza con vistas al Taj Mahal y todo estaba muy rico a precio muy justo. Definitivamente muy recomendable!

Really lovely staff, helped with ever single request I had. Accommodated my super late 10:30pm check-in due to cancelled train. Typical cheap Indian accommodation, but was a real treat coming from a night in Paharganj! The best place to stay if you're going to Taj Mahal for sunrise. Food is standard fare, hearty food for a cheap price though. Staying here made a bad day better!

My wife and I got up early and checked out of the room at 6:30am. We left our bags in the locker room. When we got back to grab our bags, we could not find our electronic cigarrette. We left this on the bed when we checked out. The morning staff helped us locate it and it was found in the trash. They were helpful.
Check out could have been at 11 instead of 10.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect, can't be beat!! The food was quite good, we enjoyed the palak paneer and the chowmein noodles.
Rooms are basic, good size with simple amenities; soap and towels.
The price jump from a fan room to an AC room was steep. We wouldn't have needed an AC if it was a cooler season season. It was just a really hot time of year and high humidity.

Eating a meal or drinking a beer looking at the Taj Mahal is hard to beat. In my case I paid extra to see it from my room as well. And the hotel is perfectly located to go there very early at prime visiting time. Staff were nice and helpful. Some good restaurants close by.
It is a little rough around the edges and has seen better days but no big deal.

The rooftop restaurant — good food, price, and value. Incredible location. Very kind staff. They can help with commuting between cities.
Too hot in the room (Aug), and the ceiling fan isn't cooling enough. The bathroom stays humind without any air circulation, so it becomes stinky within hours.

Proximity to the Taj Mahal and restaurants is fantastic! The pillow and bed is comfortable enough. The bathroom is generally clean. The wet room has a lip so the water stays in half the bathroom which is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.
WiFi does not reach individual rooms. The toilet seat did not stay uo by itself and the toilet tank lid was hanging off. Depending on time of year, it may be worth paying for A/C because the fan can only do so much.

Very good location so close of Taj Mahal and friendly staff. It is appreciated that they are not annoying as in many other hotels that we have been and do not try to scam you by charging more money. I would repeat!
Hygiene is not the strong point of this hotel, but for what we have paid it was what we expected.

Dont judge book by it's cover. The hotel is simple and tidy. Beyond expectation. Don't compare the hotel with the surrounding.

Good location and nice staff
There are many disadvantages of this place, a closed terrace, could be a better prepared room for guests, locker as a key - first time in my travelling life. If you are looking something nicer to stay just forget about this hotel

Nice, friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
Beautiful room with view on the Taj Mahal. I even had a view on the Taj Mahal from my bathroom.
If I could I would have stayed longer in that room.
Just the staff responsible from the restaurant wasn't so friendly and serviable.
It did me feel even uncomfortable to stay at top roof.
Maybe he just was having a bad day... I don't know 🤷♂️

Nice view on Taj Mahal and the walking distance to the east gate 👍 The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also friendly, letting us check in early and leave late. Overall, very good experience.

Great view from roof. Food was reasonable quality and price.. Mattress not the best, quite soft and thin which is a change from rock hard. Staff very helpfull.
Only accessible by tuk tuk. Taxis not allowed in the area. 150r from train station.
