La zona accoglienza era abbastanza carina.

Arrivati in camera, il divano letto era chiuso e mancavano le lenzuola. C’era solo il copri materasso. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare in reception ma, non parlando inglese, non capivano di cosa avessimo bisogno. Finalmente, dopo diversi tentativi ci hanno portato le lenzuola. In teoria però avremmo dovuto trovare tutto pronto. La doccia era semplicemente un angolo con una tenda, mancava il piano. Quindi, dopo una doccia, tutto il bagno era allagato. Infine, c’erano asciugamani solo per due.

Breakfast. Staff. Bed were confy.

A little girl was climbing the middle furniture during breakfast. She was probably between 4 to 6 years old. She did three days I went to breakfast .parents allowed her and staff did not say anything. Other parents kept their kids with them and they were well behaved. The breakfast area is not a playground

Everything was perfect! They have cleaned the room every day. The staff was very kind. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

I woke up in the middle of the night from a squeaky door out of the room. The hotel may need to check these doors.

The staff were friendly, very helpful.and accommodating. Much appreciated the easily accessible free wifi. Breakfast was lovely. Calm and easy atmosphere.
