Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, very clean and well appointed bedroom suites, great new kitchen in certain units, cute balconies with tables.

Everything was very clean and tidy! I thought the bathroom was dated and looked worn. It was clean but there were unused brackets on the wall, the shower chair was worn and tatty.

The staff are lovely, the location is close to the city and close to a nice walk around the local flower garden at the park. Pretty quite area and to me it has a real private and homely feel. The shower pressure is amazing.
I myself find the place hard to fault, I mean for a motel the price is good for a nice place to stay.

These guys like to take money out of your bank account without giving any warning, be careful!!

The manager waited for us until really late for check in and when she couldnt anymore, she made a plan to leave the key.
We didnt have sugar in the rooms but perhaps that wasnt incl due to the low rates we paid.

The room was noisy during peak traffic but honestly we've stayed in lots of "nicer" places on Bealey Ave and they all had this problem.

this is excellent value for money with everything you need for short stay
we were in Unit 4 which is right on Bealey Avenue and the noise from cars all through the night made it impossible to sleep- would request unit away from road if possible

2nd time staying there and this time was much better! We had 6 people in the 2 bedroom apartment, and we all liked our stay. Spacious bedrooms. Reception was also nice - we needed something just before reception closed and was accommodated.
Wifi was very slow! Motel was close to the CBD but not close enough in my opinion. There is also only one key for 6 people.

It's nothing flash, but perfect for a base whilst travelling.
