Prachtige locatie

We hebben in 4 hotels verbleven op Zanzibar. Je zag dat de organisatie van Royal het minst op punt stond. Het hotel was te groot. De weliswaar prachtige kamer met zeezicht was op de 4 e verdieping maar zonder lift. Niet zo handig dus. Maar laat dit toch een luxeprobleem zijn.

Het bed, de lawaai van de medewerkers in de ochtend, het eerder moet uitchecken dan booking belooft heeft

Essen, Personal und Anlage waren sehr gut 👍

Im Zimmer gab es im TV leider keinen deutschen Sender. Am Strand sind leider im Schwimmbereich vor den Liegen immer die Boote gestanden, so das man da öfter durchschwimmen musste 😡. Und schade das der Müll am Strand immer mehr zunimmt 😪

The location was great, and the best thing I could say about the resort is that it was not the worst for the price we paid!

- Towels are dirty and smell very bad, even after replacing them. - The bathroom water is salty across the resort! - The check-in process took ~2 hours; to be fair, we were haggling for a discount since we had to book another room, but still the process took much longer than necessary. it is basically not efficient. - The front office manager promised us a certain room, but when we went to that room, it wasnt it; they gave us a standard room. Then, they moved us to another room that was supposed to be what we paid for, but it wasnt; I called the manager to complain that not only the 2nd room we moved into isn't what you promised but also has rats moving in the ceiling, he laughed at me saying there are no rats in the resort because he lives here too!!! then, he said that he is tired because he is working since 8 am and that his assistant would move us to another better room. After 3 hours, no one should up! I went to the front office and met the assistant and found out that he had no idea! I complained about the room and almost begged them to at least move us back the standard room we had first, but it was apparently gone! they moved us to another standard room and promised us a suite the day after, but guess what?? no suite was available the next day until the evening lol - Did I mention the how big the resort is and how bad it is designed.. the sidewalks or whatever they are called are poorly designed. you would need to walk a lot to go to the reception or the beach no matter where you are. the last day, i had to ignore those routes and started walking on the grass

Die Menschen die dort arbeiten sind alles sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Immer mit einem Lächeln und einem freundlichen Jambo wird man begrüsst. Das Essen ist top, sehr vielfältig und auch lokale Speisen vorhanden.

Ich könnte nichts bemängeln. Die Leute freundlich die Lage gut und die ganze Anlage top mit schönem Infinity Pool.

Smiling faces everywhere, Extremely friendly staff. Spacious rooms, perfect food. This hotel is a place I would love to return to.

Fantastic beach and water. Very nice pools for both fun and swimming. Nice, large rooms with balconies. Great view over the sea.

Had booked and payed two Superior deluxe rooms with two beds. Got two Superior deluxe rooms with one bed and the staff claimed we had been upgraded to Superior deluxe. Had to keep the rooms the first night and then got one room as booked but had to live with another with only one bed. The staff is friendly but for some of them it seems to be a bit fake - like something they have been told to say. It's not comming from the heart. Kitschy intertainment.
