I was unable to utilize the pool because of the pool use hours. Since this is a hotel, and most of the guests are business people, everyone will return to their rooms by 7 or 8 pm, by which time the pool will be closed. Justification received from the front desk staff was that there is no safety staff present at the time. Then the answer is to allocate one so that guests can utilize what they have paid for. Please offer a lift facility from the basement parking lot if you truly care about the safety of your guests. At the very least, provide steps so guests can arrive at the front desk/lift lobby securely. At the moment, returning through the steep driveway, which poses a fall danger and becomes slipperyin the rain, is necessary. You may offer numerous justifications, but the only approach to ensure real client happiness is to take action on items that can be done. A decent property with poor policies will not be favored. Thank you.

I like the room in hotel avasa which is clean and cozy.

Room is good. Eventhough the first room we were assigned smelt of mold and we had to change the room

Pool is dirty and not usable. Breakfast (live items) were not served atleast for half an hr and we can see that the items we ordered were given to other tables Staff is not very friendly
