I selected this hotel because I planned to stay for about 20 days and the food was a challenge for me in India. They supposed to be an international branded hotel with different food options for all visitors but was really disappointing to find out that the 95% of the food (from breakfast to dinner) was only spicy. From the moment of my checkin I told them “I can’t eat spicy at all” and I faced many gastric issues during my entire estancy. Basically I paid really a lot for eating all days exactly the same, and every time that they told me “this is not spicy, try” was another disappointment. I complained many times about this, to the different managers and every time they repeated the same process (call the chef and just complaint in front of me) but nothing changed. Definitely not recommended for international visitors

It’s old. Plugs are old, bath tub is old, toilet seat was not stable. Old smell in the room as well.

located in a calm and serene place in Banjara Hills not very crowded. well maintained even if it is an old hotel. good gym and Pool. Good spread of Breakfast

must invest in some new Towels and replace the carpet in the corridors as it has become too old.

Rooms are good more space and comfortable lobby was awesome mainly Ganesh statue

wash room looking dirty most of the guest coming from outside for swimming and they occupied entire pool .I left from there with out swimming.i feel it’s not 5star property

it’s a shame even after confirmation no taxi service sent for airport pickup. I have waited 2 hours to know no pickup was arranged and so hired local airport taxi.

Hotel staff were very helpful at front desk upon arrival. Room was brilliant. Tranquil reception area was a warm welcome from the hustle and bustle of hyderabad.

Not the easiest hotel to find, as we stopped a couple times to ask for directions. Would of been a seemless check out had it not been for the 30mins wait for luggage to be loaded into our car. For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast options for Vegetarians/Vegans could of been bounds better (more cusine options would provide a truer continental breakfast reflective of most 5 star hotels).

Extensive breakfast, the Croissants were to die for as were the soft Idlis.

Salmon at the breakfast might have been a great inclusion

Room size was ample for family of 4, bathroom was spacious as well. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.lobby area was tastefully decorated. Staff were courteous.

Toilet seat was broken. Water drainage outlet was not near comode so water drainage was not proper. toiletries were not provided properly and I had to call repeatedly for dental kit and comb
