The property is amazing in terms of location and the restaurant .The food was delicious and the cleanliness can be better in restaurant both on the floor and seats

I checked into the hotel and when I told my name and shared the passport the front desk person Afsha said there is no room on that name .I have to ask her twice to check again and then she confirmed there is a room booked on my name.secondly I had another experience in the room and I have to go to front lobby to seek their help and she was so impolite ..

Clean and neat ,perfectly maintained.all amenities are available,staffs are polite and well mannered ,especially Mr Azam in restaurant section..Nice South Indian buffet ..over all marvelous,,

I am traveling with my wife from US and we paid 21000 rupees paid US dollars for two nights. We expected at least a breakfast that is included in the website. The front desk manager says we did not book the room as per web site. That day was Election Day and it is very difficult to get the food out side. The shower glass door happened to have a big gap through which water splashed into bath room. We complained but one plumber came did nothing to clear it. Again I complained to front desk and got rectified. When you say it is star hotel, it should take care of customers first not for the show.

I like how the staffs treated their clients,they made our stay stress free and comfortable. Very accommodating to our needs and request.

The hotel is not new anymore but in fairness its still clean and well maintained.
