AC was only 50% effective. Even though I complained.nothing was done about it..

We changed 4 Rooms in 3 Days stay. None of the rooms had perfect working air conditioned temperature. My kids kept sweating all night. Travelled for quality time with family, but ended up struggling with staff for correct temperature.

centrally located , clean property , very good food , gym to support my schedule, wifi was with good bandwith , Booking check and check out was a breeze. my mistake i left my rist watch in the room , remembered the same after an hour called the reception , they kept me on line check and confirmed . they kept it in safe custody for me to collect the same alter that day. appreciate the efforts .
while checking in my payment was ot asked , but after an hour i was reminded and an intern was blamed for missing out and tehpayment was collected, while at Dinner . there was a offer taht was communicated but latter we were informed that a Intern made a mistake and there was a change in the Billing ... not a major botheration . never the less why are interns being let to handel and then being blamed - could do better .

Bathroom did not have adequate water.
Very hot water and slow water on shower, no cold water on shower.
Specifically told by reception that minibar is chargeable. Minibar was empty.
In room dining menu was old. Did not match with room service staff menu.
Ordered dish was chicken tikka masala. Dish served was butter chicken.

Breakfast
While checking in Staff asked ID cards of all the occupants including 10 years old. This is the first time, I encountered such ask. Usually Hotels only ask the ID of the person on whose name the rooms are booked.

Receptionists are so rude and they don't bother about customer requirements neither customer value. I was frequent traveler and stay lot of times in the same hotel but they never bother about considering my request about the room extension and help to make some arrangements. First, they should know from where the customer was and their significant requirement and try to help an alternate arrangements instead of answering rudely.

The hotel should be more mindful about its management. We paid for the breakfast but it wasn't properly served to us due to shortage of food. A great disappointment.

The rooms were not good. The door got jammed all the time and I had to pull it for 2 minutes to make it ok. The hotel seems to be old since in every nook and corner I saw rust and damaged wood.
The breakfast was just ok. We checked out the same night since the lack of quality.
The service, and facilities could have been better. The facilities doesn't stand with the brand name. Totally disappointed

Overall hygiene and location of the hotel is good. The staff are eager to help, but they are short staffed. We had to wait for a long time to get anything.
Absolute zero value for money. At this rate we can get much better accomodation. They take school and college group bookings. There is always commotion in the hotel and staff won't be able to manage. It's not a good option for family stay. For the first 2 days of our stay, the card swipe to open the room was not working and we had to wait for some hotel staff to come and let us into our room. Very inconvenient.
Overall a disappointing experience :(
