The rooms were big for its location and it has a jacuzzi bathtub. It was also just 3-5mins walk from the MTR. The staff were also very friendly.

The gym was located in another building which has no toilet facilities.

The location is great, very near MTR Jordan and along Nathan road which is close to many shops and eatery and convenience stores. Its not too deserted location and yet not too noisy being near central. Also hotel has magnificent view at the roof top. good place to chill with a drink and enjoy the view.

the room was not as shown in the picture when i booked for a triple pax. Picture shown 3 standard beds but instead i was given a add on folding bed that took up the minimal walking space in the room. Also, the room was infested with bed bugs that caused bites all over my kids and my body. Although hotel staff were quick to change me to another bigger room, but the damaged is done, the bites and itchy is very unbearable. There is no pool or buffet breakfast fyi.

I really like the location if you wanna stay in Kowloon, the studio was beautiful and spacious, great bathtub.

They just refill your mini bar with 2 cokes and the rest they charge.

Good location. Minutes to station. Less than one hour to return to office. Same area with temple street and Jordon road. I could easilt find some good restaurants. I like the space and bathtub. Also, the lift requires key card to access. I was at 9th floor. There are six rooms. It feels safe. I stay there alone for a few days and felt alright. I stated for five days and there is no noise from next door. Hotel uses Raze. Felt safe during this period. Did not get infected Covid-19 after staying for five days.

It would be better if the corridor light could be brighter. They may consider some activity activated extra lighting. It's not the hotel's fault but the streets nearby are dark at night. Some stores are not rented. If hotel put a camera and some night light towards main street, I would feel more safe. There is no restaurants or room service in hotel. I do hope then, it at least have a simple microwave oven to reheat food.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The location was very accessible to tourist spots and restaurants.

There was dirt coming out from the bath when turning on the jacuzzi. The AC, the bed lights and the TV didn't' work properly on our first night but they resolved the issue immediately.

Toilet comes with a foul smell not sure where it came from. Toilet doesnt comes with all necessary toiletries such as cotton bud / sanitary bag. Each day are given 1 bottle of shampoo, body wash, lotion , conditioner each which is not enough for 2 person especially lady with long hair as such will always got to get extra bottles from receiption before heading to room daily. Wash heater meter is either too cold or too hot when u adjust.

Front desk staffs were polite. There is jacuzzi in bath tub! The location of the hotel is very accessible as well.

The jacuzzi needs more maintenance. During the 1st wash all dust and dirt came out from the holes.

It's near the temple street... The cafe/breakfast is under construction. The weight scale is defective, and unfortunately the replaced one is the same.

despite spending quite a lot of money on a last minute booking for their penthouse room, the experience was exceptional, and would consider staying again if the price was lower 😂😂
