The location

The pool was not adult friendly. The KtV rooms were not available and over priced . The in door pool was not available for adults. The massage experience was not a nice experience

The room was acceptable but not as clean as I would like. The breakfast buffet was overall good. It seems like it is family friendly.

It says it’s just steps away from the beach. This is not true. The dinner buffet was horrible. Not much variety, too much seafood not enough other meat. Very little vegetables, even the salad bar only had a variety of lettuce and then cucumbers and the sesame seed dressing that is my favourite was watered down. Poor form all around. I ordered Mac Donald’s after spending almost ¥300 for the buffet. And when I complained nothing was done about it. The room was not as clean as it should be … their were fingerprints on the bathroom door which I feel could have been wiped down. I opened the door with a cloth. The pool was a JOKE!!!

Check in room was not properly cleaned. Vacuum and dusted wasn’t done.

No outdoors pool, spa, sauna and the room smelt mouldy.

This is my third stay at the hotel and every time I am very pleased with my choice. It is central, good value and love the bath. Breakfast is good.

It is always good!

From the moment my family arrived (3 kids - ages 3,6,12), all staff were very accommodating and friendly. Not all staff spoke English, but there was always a staff member near who did. We arrived early, and they kept our luggage and allowed us to use their facilities. They have a shuttle to transport back and forth to the private beach at the Intercontinental Hotel (5 min drive). The shuttle was a bit unpredictable in timing...sometimes they had one running, and sometimes two (we never waited longer than 30 minutes for a shuttle). However, they had a lego table to entertain our 3 year old while we waited. It is a very family friendly environment. We used the pool (our kids loved it!), and ate at the provided breakfast buffet (amazing!!! and delicious buffet!). The outlet mall with tons of stores are a 2 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants nearby (a few western options to satisfy foreigners as needed).

I received 2 pre-authorization charges through the hotel (one when I booked on booking.com, and one when I arrived). I am still waiting to make sure that only one charge goes through on my credit card. However, it still took up space on my credit limit, which limited our credit card usage on our vacation and we weren't prepared for that.
