The location was excellent, everything we needed was in a walking range. The traffic is a bit chaotic in the city so location is key. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

Hotel is right at the south end of Blloku, a hip neighbourhood with great cafés and restaurants and very close to the park with the artificial lake. Despite being super central, the location of the hotel is very quiet. There is a school and sports courts right there where our room was; they were starting toplay already at 9 am - maybe a deal-breaker for long sleepers - but that didn't bother us at all, du4ing the night it was super quiet. The rooms are decently designed and equipped with only elementary stuff.

Generally the staff was friendly but we would have expected a bit more of professionalism and more attentiveness to the guests' needs. Arrival to the hotel by car was difficult, since there were road constructions going on; the street is a one-way street, so we had to drive all the way around in Tirana's traffic to enter the opposite way. An information (even if it's last minute) about this complication would have been crucial. At check-in, they thought I had done a mistake by booking a double-bed for me and my partner and offered a change of rooms. Apparently they didn't expect us to be a couple. Breakfast is ok, supposedly until 10am, but already at 9am we had to ask for refills like water, waterglasses, coffee and cutlery. All in all, the staff was still nice and friendly. Bathroom would use some hooks for towels.

Great location, right next to Blloku and walking distance to the city center. Clean rooms, hot shower, friendly English speaking staff, can’t complain. Nothing fancy but great value as I always try to stay when I need a room in Tirana.

The hotel is in a good location, you will find anything you need in walking distance. The city center is not more that 20' walking distance and I do actually prefer walking than driving in Tirana (traffic is crazy) Comfortable pillows and bed. Very kind personnel Hope that helps ☺️

Starting from breakfast they're not much to choose from, also they're some jams in a plate which I didn't felt comfortable to eat as they weren't cover and also saw a client taking the plate to his table using the jam with his personal knife and put that back, not really healthy. Its quite noise, from the back side of the hotel there is a school and also football/basketball/tennis place so they're always people using them which makes a lot of noise, from the front side of the hotel they're is a really busy road and they're causing a lot of noise as well, even during the night. As per the price I do find it overpriced for what they offer in total and especially at the moment with covid and the fact that it's out of the season time, so I can't even think how much will it cost during summer time, or holidays.
