Did not like it at all and it was a big mistake to book this place

We were late in checking in to one of the rooms until 6 pm and we were not properly compensated

Was an amazing experience thanks to Jenny in reception who gave us, me and my partner and amazing room making our experience even better. The hotel is amaziing.

Only that it wasn’t possible to bring cocktails from the happy hour to other places i.e. the shisha sofas

Location was good

House keeping had to be asked to re-fill amenities in bathroom after going without for 2 days. Work was going on outside my balcony for a week which was noisy. I asked to be contacted to extend my trip and no one made contact.

The hotel is situated perfectly at the start of the Palm. The boardwalk along the beach just outside the hotel offers great bars and alternative restaurants. There is a shopping mall within a 5/10 minute walk from the hotel which has possibly the best Waitrose supermarket... There are several restaurants within the Mall. We were half board and enjoyed being so as it was our first visit. I think next time we would blend eating in the hotel and out and about. The adult pool area was excellent, nice and quiet and pure relaxation.

Perhaps a European restaurant such as Italian. The main restaurant has a great selection of buffet but a la carte would be good. We didn't enjoy our meal in the Seagrill Bistro. It seemed the produce wasn't as fresh as we had hoped, which was a shame as the setting was perfect. I would say the Fairmont is one of the older hotels along this stretch but has been well maintained and the service from all staff was excellent.

Everything. Staff are incredible and always attentive and professional, customer service is brilliant. Hotel itself is stunning, 5 star experience throughout. Sea view room was beautiful, room big and serviced daily to a very high standard. We had our room upgraded free of charge as we were on honeymoon and everyone pulled out all the stops to make it a stay to remember. We could not recommend it enough and will not hesitate to return!

Extremely noisy , the restaurants outside playing competing music. This is NOT the place to go to relax

Room cleaning was terrible

The suite was superb and all the staff so helpful and courteous. Food was very good and huge choice.

Location was awful as beach clubs opposite played club music all day and night and so loud as they all seemed to be in competition with each other. The hotel said they were a having a constant battle with the clubs but I feel we should have been informed by booking.com before booking that this was the case. We wanted a relaxing break so would not stay there again because of this.

من أول يوم من وصولي مشاكل بسبب أن دورة المياه معطلة والمكيف أيضا وتم تبديل الغرفة بعد ساعات واليوم الثاني تم وضع خطاب من الفندق بإبلاغي ان المياه ستون معطلة من الساعه 10 ص إلى 5 م وأقوم باستخدام قوارير المياه المرفقه بالغرفه انه من العيب والخدمات السيئة

The location is great, the rooms were spacious & friendly staff. I drove to the Hotel, and loved the option to self-park my car in the Hotel's parking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent either in the restaurants or in room dining. Nice amenities and swimming pool, direct access to the beach

Amazing location. Great rooms. Lovely beach I’d like to place on record my gratitude to Omar (hotel manager). We had a less than satisfactory stay at The Fairmont Abu Dhabi , but Omar went above and beyond to restore our faith in Fairmont hotels as a brand. We had a wonderful 8 night vacation and Omar and the rest of his team were a pleasure. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and professional. This was my 2nd stay at The Fairmont Palm in 2023, and it is the only hotel I will stay in. Perfect for families.

Everything was absolutely amazing.

The hotel and staff are so amazing.. only slight downside was that the beach is not what it used to be.. I was informed that the beach is going to have a full refurb in the coming months, I look forward to staying here again for Christmas.

We went for half board for two nights but were shocked at the price of a bottle of water. It was 76aed for water for two people. I expect to pay extra for wine or coffees but not that price for water!! The noise level of music on the beach. Even early morning the other venues were playing loud music and it ruined the beach atmosphere. I would suggest that they play something a bit softer at that hour of the morning!

The pool policy, u have to go to the gym to get a band and the towel, no towels by the pool.. the band she be provided at check in or in the room.. why do I have to go another location, the pool staff asked me to leave to get the band.. which made just leave all together wasn't going to take a walk around the property in the heat, for a pool access I should already has part of my stay.
