This was an exceptional experience! The hotel systems run smoothly and efficiently, the staff are well trained and polite, the room was setup with everything that I needed and was very comfortable. I especially loved that they are making an effort to reduce their waste through programs like Soap Aid, and they clean without chemical products. Highly recommend.

The room has its own washer/dryer. There are pantry items available at reception. The hotel is close proximity to the shopping centre.

No free parking available at the hotel. Window view was a brick wall. TV could not connect to the Wifi.

Great room, perfect for our stay

Parking is a little frustrating but not terrible. The wooden room keys are also a little problematic

The Hotel is quite nice, had everything I needed, they're is a small kitchnet with microwave. There is a nice club across the road. There is a restaurant/cafe downstairs. People at the desk were friendly and helpful

Parking is awkward, it's free overnight but if staying past 830am have to go to across the road to get a ticket or download the app.

Used whilst working in Canberra - value for money and excellent location.

Great set up for families, appreciated the bunks instead of another big bed, easy location to get to.

No on site parking, there was a carpark across the road, but carrying everything over the road was not ideal.

the bunk bed was noisy, the kitchen did not have much utensils as it was advertised. parking was such a pain every morning and night and we have to pay for the parking

I visited on Public holidays so parking was FREE....lucky me. The staff were great and helpful. The room was clean. In short, everything was great. However, The only thing my Kids missed was a Pool Facility.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The night I attended I was on a low floor and they had a party in the restaurant 10pm and I still could not sleep because the party was so loud I had to be moved to a high floor at 10.30pm at night very disruptive and disappointed when they know they are having a large function low floors should be kept for those guests and other guests given high floors to not be disturbed. Also their was no room service available due to this function had I have been told this prompt to booking I would have stayed elsewhere disappointed when your paying too quality for your room to deal with this and although I was eventually moved being moved at 10.30pm at night is not acceptable more thought by management and better room placement for normal guests could have easily avoided all these disappointments won’t be staying again

No room service and no sleep due to excessive noise advertising ahead of a function would have avoided these disappointments and I could have stayed elsewhere not exceptable when travelling to not be able to sleep due to excessive noise

No problem with staff when adding additional 1 day stay in the same room.

I arrived at 12 pm but we didn’t get room to check in until 4 pm. I asked reception if they could offer me late checkout of 12 pm as I checked in late. They didn’t accommodate the request. Instead I paid for 12 pm check out

On my arrival the front desk attendant was very welcoming ..I request if possible I book a room next to my niece,whom was previously checked in.The attendant was understanding and met my request cheerfully. Thank you for being so accommodating 👍👍

Room is spacious, nice facilities in the room.

The toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are not new, they were all used by previous resident). The lights in family room should be split between the bunk bed area and the main area.
