The hotel is very clean and polished. The staff are amazing. They went out of their way to get us some food for breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. Breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub areas were clean and well kept. Nice views from.our room.

Location of property close to town centre. Spa facilities were acceptable. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel room needs an update. A fresh coat of paint, a firmer bed, new curtains and a revamp of the bathrooms would be nice.

Being a spa hotel, the option of getting a massage and having use of hot tubs were wonderful after numerous days of hiking. The staff was friendly, the room spacious(we were in a ground level cabana) and quiet. Lots of outlets for charging phones, hot shower. Laundry service a plus, drop it in the morning, have it in the evening. The food was very good. Breakfast was included, and there was a great selection of breads. Two dining areas, one downstairs(closed weekends I believe) and the main dining area upstairs. It's across the street from the Virgin waterfall and hot spring pools. Convenient to the plaza and tour agencies.

Great location and cozy room just on the edge of town. We loved being able to walk into the busy town streets, but have a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. Our room was in the main building overlooking the Virgin waterfall and we enjoyed the calming water sounds.

The tub/shower was a little difficult to get into (high step with a metal towel rack near your head). Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

The breakfast was good, as is the location. The bed is comfy.

Shower feels dirty, with nooks you can't reach to clean The rooms on the side of the street are too noisy: the windows barely insulate any sound It's called a "spa" hotel, but the spa is only open between 16h and 21h... And has to be reserved up front. Super disappointing The bed-head is made with some kind of fake leather, and is completely desintigrating...with pieces falling on the bed when touching it. Not good.

Hotel is undergoing much needed renovations in the common areas. Hotel is old and some areas like the game room need improvement.

My wife and I loved the location. It was across the street from pools of water from the hot springs which we really enjoyed and it was a short walk to the downtown and lots of good restaurants. We loved the room we were in and the really good breakfasts every morning. It was our anniversary and we did the spa's "Romantic Jacuzzi" and really enjoyed it.

Our original room in the hotel was disrupted by construction noise at the hotel but management swiftly arrived at our room and moved us to a room away from the noise. I couldn't have asked for a better response from them.
