Perfect, comfortable and relaxing stay, right next to the waterfall. Really great location. Run by the nicest people. Spa menu (and the pricing) is fantastic; great massage which was much appreciated following a long trip into Baños. Would stay here again next time!

The beds were very comfortable, and the location to the thermal hot springs was excellent. The view of the waterfalls was an unexpected surprise. The owner was very personable and booked tours for me. He went above and beyond with customer service.

I wish the hotel had coffee, either a machine in the room or at reception. I went to the hotel next door, so that was acceptable. You have to be asked to be let in and out of the property. Not ideal, but understandable for security reasons. My guess is the hotel wants the utmost safety for the guest. So, it's not a complaint, but just an observation.

Breakfast was really good. Very quiet and peaceful place. Host super nice and yes speak English. Incredible view from hotel to mountains (the whole Banos was uuuuuh...). 50m "down" maybe best pizzas what ever got. 5min walk to the center, really easy to find every time back from the center. Perfect massage in hotel by Wendy. Really hope that it is possible to come back one day to Banos (even distance is 10000km!?), and sure stay in this hotel!!

This place is perfect. Better than the pictures. The view is outstanding. The owner is more than accommodating and kind. They make you feel like part of the family here. Jr Suite very clean, modern and maintained very well. Secure and safe feeling area.

The location is perfect. just a couple blocks from downtown and far enough away to avoid the commotion when ready to relax with a front and center view of the Santa Agua waterfall. The sounds of the waterfall from the room are amazing!

Great value for money. The room was nice, breakfast was great, and the host was very attentive and shared a lot of information on how to get around Banos. Great location

I would advice to bring earplugs because of the waterfall. It sounds like heavy rain all night, you hate it or you love it :)

The location is great, with a view of the falls near the city from nearly every room. It is very close to the downtown center as well.

The view and location. The staff was great at first the major issue was checkout.

The internet service is extremely slow. The major issue was checkout And involved not only a $16 surprise charge that booking did not alert me to, but also they had no credit card system for payment. After several tries at using paypal I made a 30 minute trip to an arm to pay an extremely $5 in fees to pay in cash. I cannot recommend either the hotel or booking.com as a result , because of the misquote in price and the inability to pay with a credit card at checkout which was an option that I chose on. Booking.com

This place is magical… seriously Great hidden location by amazing view Super beautiful yards and gardens inside Super friendly and helpful stuff that assist with everything especially Janet And great value for the money. Love it?

Carlos and everyone were so friendly! The breakfast is excellent, comfortable rooms and an amazing waterfall view from the balcony. I’ll definitely return and stay there again.
