The room with view was very good, as well as the helpful service and reception. Breakfast was just right, and made morning starts enjoyable. The location puts you a short walk from the hub of this amazing little city of Baños de Agua Santa.

Nothing to complain of, however, you need to know that it is a walk uphill of a couple of blocks as you return to the rooms from downtown.

Great location, a few blocks out of the busy centre, up the hill with a view. close to town 5 min walk, yet a bit more quiet. Comfortable mattresses and linen and pillows, free coffee, tea and water. Friendliest staff and nicely decorated common areas

Stunning view, extremely clean, most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in my travels this year and best hot, powerful shower I’ve had too, really good value laundry, Incredible value place to stay all round considering it’s more like an upmarket hotel than hostel. Lovely staff too.

Amazing and lovely staff with big hearts. They were so welcoming and helped me with everything. They even got up early to make breakfast for me earlier since I had to catch a bus.

Wi-fi did not work well in the room. Also it was a bit loud (noise from the street) and a bit cold in the room.

- neighbourhood cats were so loud they woke me up. - lighting in the room is a bit too dim for my liking. - it is a steep you walk back from the main square/touristy areas.

staff were very friendly including the owner he was excited to have guests! they were very responsive to any our needs. the beds and bed sheets are incredibly soft and very comfortable to sleep in. the rooms have large windows for daylight which is perfect for waking up. the $3 breakfast is delicious and great value. the location is somewhat far from central Banos but you have a beautiful view of the city

Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. the connection did not reach the rooms and it was not usable during my 2 night stay. they should do something about this as Wi-Fi is very important for guests to stay connected. the WhatsApp does not work and the staff barely respond. The hotel can be uphill so it can be tough to walk back after an exhausting day

I liked the location because it was a few blocks down to the ‘downtown’ in a hill and with a wonderful mountain view. The staff was always attentive, it was clean. Safe area. Private parking inside the property.
