Our room was great, very quiet, with a view to the garden and the moutains. Breakfast was very good in the spacey restaurant. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They brought in an extra bed for us to make our stay more comfortable. We were very impressed with how they tried to ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was great for the whole family. The location was nice and had easy access to downtown Banos.

The water temperature in the shower would vary at times. Also having a fan in the room would be nice for air flow since there is no air conditioning (it wasn't very hot).

Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and included in the price.

The facility was absolutely beautiful with traditional decor. We arrived early and were welcomed to check in so we did not have to worry about where to leave our suitcases since we wanted to venture out right away. The location was perfect. A short walk to town where we arranged tours and found plenty to eat. The room was spacious and clean with many options to spread out in beautiful outdoor hammocks and sitting areas. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were highly accommodating to our schedule and extremely helpful. There certainly are cheaper options to stay in Baños but we wanted to stay somewhere special and we certainly found it!

Good location near town but away from the noise, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Excellent staff, gave us suggestions for hikes and driver to take us to our next destination. Courtyard is beautiful. Good value. We would definitely recommend.

Little noisy on weekends because there are a lot of guests but delightful during the week. Our room was very nice but next time I would ask to be further away from the restaurant and reception.

The staff was very helpful. We biked from Baños to Río Verde and they helped us rent bikes (10 USD each) and gave us instructions on how to get to the bike path.

We loved (almost) everything about our stay! The staff is incredible thoughtful and kind and will go out of their way to make sure you have absolutely everything you need. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way to give us a delightful little surprise when we entered the room! The morning breakfast was fantastic - I have never had a better complimentary breakfast. Our favorite part was the garden that sits right in the middle of hotel. It feels like you are in a tranquil resort when the hustle and bustle of the streets are actually right out your door! It's location to everything is unbeatable. Thank you so much for having us!

The only thing was that the outside noise can get a little loud when you are trying to sleep. We selected a room that was right off the road so that is why, but I know if we would have requested a quieter room they would have provided us with one.
