la atencion de la mesera, el rooftop, la comida.

las cobijas tenian pelos, el piso estaba meloso, las habitaciones tenian mal olor, no hubo yoga ni musica en vivo como mencionan en publicidad, no nos ponian toallas en la habitacion y nos toco ir a pedir toallas en planta baja, no hubo agua caliente.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras, es una experiencia muy recomendable

Location was the best part about this place but everything else was more hype than it's worth. Staff seemed like they had better things to do, not helpful with planning excursions. They had a theater room, but it wasn't in use. We got a text about a free yoga class that day, showed up and no one was there. Thankfully the bed was large and the room had good space for two. However, we had a bad smell in our room and found mold under our sink which they cleaned, but still. We also had a worker just walk into our room in the middle of the day- yes it was locked, and no he did not knock. He apologized and said he was here to clean the room but still?? Would not stay again.

Bathroom had a bad, sewer kind of odor. The church and square were quite loud too, not Selinas fault but maybe good to know.

Another couple was assigned at checkin the same room number and suddenly enterred our room Unpleasant smell in the building which hasnt been maintained well Parties were held on the upperfloor & hence couldnt sleep well Hotel refused to refund breakfast and tourist tax charge for my partner who didnt't stay at Selina but was included in initial booking
