The owners were suuuper helpful. Staff made the stay comfortable and we're very welcoming. Their dogs are sooo cute.

A very nice and comfortable hotel: starting with competent and friendly tips for activities around Baños at the check-in, followed by the breakfast on the roof facing the waterfall, and our evening spa sessions. We did really feel at home there. One can easily reach most places on foot, some of them even by hiking along beautiful (steep) mountain paths though the jungle.

Luis and his wife (sorry I have forgotten her name) we’re so helpful the whole time I stayed with them. They provided many recommendations. The location of the hostel is in the quiet part of town but I liked that. I also enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and the fact that I could have a massage there for a reasonable price - it was a good massage too!

My room was located on the way to the terrace, where breakfast is served so it is a little noisy after 8am! The breakfast is also a little basic, but this was expected.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and able to see the most places during my stay in Baños. There are also two beautiful dogs on the property that are super friendly and loving.

The location is quiet for Baños but there was still the occasional noise but that is nothing the owners can control. Overall my stay was great!

this by far is the friendliest and best place to stay. one of the best places I have stayed in my travels of South America. from yoga area to steam room and sauna including Jacuzzi. helped sort out my day trips. a must stay if in Banos. 12/10

Double the price of the other place we stayed in Banos- it was nicer, but not that much nicer.

An excelente choice. The facilities are very comfortable and diverse. The staff very friendly. The location is perfect, near to everything. I will come back for sure.

I enjoyed the very delicious breakfast and location the hostal was. Very happy that hot water worked. Very important the quietness at night we’re you can rest-up. The only thing and not a problem is they close the doors at night and you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. I’m glad that they open fast, I was going to get worried they wouldn’t open the door but they did. thankfully it all was perfect

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The thermal baths are so close.

I found this hotel overpriced. The decor of my room was dated. I didn't like that the bathrooms had no fans, just a window with some glass missing that opens out on to the main corridor. We stayed at the weekend and there was crazy noise from nearby bars and other guests.

This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms, clean and bright. Great shower (water pressure + hot water), excellent breakfast and exceptional staff. Good location in a quiet part of town. I would highly recommend.

A very comfortable stay! Everything was perfect, a friendly staff and very clean rooms. The location is wonderful, very close to the town center but far enough to rest in a quiet place. I would like to highlight the staff was always willing to help us in everything giving us recommendations about food and places to visit. Highly recommend.

Great location on the edge of the town so you can walk to everywhere you need to, but is quiet. It is right next to the thermal spa. Luis and all the staff are super friendly and welcoming. He took great care of us and time to offer advice and just ask how our day was. The hostel has a nice jacuzzi which looks out over the waterfall. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and they got lactose-free milk for me. There is a water machine to refill bottles. Our quadruple room was spacious and clean and we had a small balcony which was really handy for hanging our wet clothes. Can't recommend this place more, you won't be disappointed if you stay here.
