Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great. Facilities were nice, however, WIFI is a bit slow. HK team did a great job.

Few staff at the Breakfast restaurant could be a little more proactive. WIFI is slow at times.

Every thing was ok

It's a nice hotel. Service is very good. Location is ok. It's 4 stars hotel and it gives 4 stars service and facilities.

I did Not like that on second day breakfast= in the dining room of hotel= there were flies ! One fly touched my food ! I chased the fly away, but then he touched my food again ! And again ! Flies are NOT accepted to be in dining room during breakfast service ! The second incident= at the same breakfast= I asked a waiter to clean our table from dirty dishes. When he approached to do my request= his cellphone in his pocket was ringing. So he took his phone, replied to the call, and after finishing the call= he started clearing our dirty dishes. This is NOT professional. Guest must have priority before cellphone.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at the hotel! The staff was exceptional, the breakfast delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. The spacious reception and room were definite highlights of my experience. Additionally, the option for early check-in and late check-out provided great flexibility. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly couldn't find anything to dislike about my stay. It was wonderful in every aspect.

Arrivée à 3 dans une chambre triple réservée à la avance : Check in a 23h30 et 3ieme lit non prêt. Le house keeping vient ouvrir un pauvre canapé convertible avec un matelas de 3cm d épaisseur... Au bout du compte, ils arrivent avec un vrai 3ieme lit et une heure d attente jusqu'à 00h30 alors que mon second vol décollait à 7h le lendemain... courte nuit

Dobra lokalizacja blisko metra (5 min piechotą), sklepy w pobliżu. W pokojach czysto, sprzątane codziennie. Do wyboru pokoje dla palących lub nie. Śniadania smaczne, różnorodne (kuchnia europejska i lokalna, codziennie pojawiało się nowe danie). Personel pomocny i życzliwy. Niedaleko hotelu zatrzymuje się autobus C28 który zawiezie nas bezpośrednio na plaże Al Mamzar. Polecam / Good location close to the metro (5 min walk), shops nearby. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Smoking or non-smoking rooms avaiable. Breakfast is tasty and varied (European and local cuisine). Helpful and kind staff. Near to the hotel a bus station. The C28 bus will take us directly to the Al Mamzar beaches. Recommended

room was comfortable and clean, location was good for our purposes - lots of eating places on Al Riga road - hotel breakfast was very good , variety of food at breakfast was very wide.

Laundry charges were very high .

I really like this property.its on very good like location.24 hrs supermarket and couple food places near by the location.staff is very nice.i really like the self laundry washing service.you can wash your clothes for free and use dryer for 2 diarham.i manage to save lots of money on laundry.

I really didn't like the breakfast buffet quite boring.food does not have any taste.food menu should be bigger.bakery stuff needs more variety and like croissant and muffin and pastry stuff.room carpet needs changing.every room should have a window.i really did not like the cleaning quality of the rooms.house keeping staff does not vacuum the carpet properly.all the corner have dust and hair.you can see the dust on lamps .my kids are asthmatic and have dust allergies.because of the dust kids breathing was not good.i have to take them to hospital for one days.its cost me lost of money.house keeping staff should do deep clean the room after couple of days or at least one time in weeks.i have not seen house keeping supervisor checking cleaning services in the room.i stayed there for 12 nights.fridge is too small in the room.every room should have microwave.every room should have more lighting.its look darker in the room.

I never knew what to expect since i was changing hotel from my usual; i was not disappointed to say the least. The staff are very polite and they create a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, they are always willing to assist. From the entrance, i was assisted by Mr. Chandra, very kind man. I got much help also from Weener, the breakfast lady and the breakfast team, they were all very friendly and eating breakfast became a habit even though i am not a breakfast person. The best of them all is the cleaning lady Rita and Raquish. Those two practically became my family, they were more than help. I had double reservation, i could not change the room because i could not fantom another person cleaning my room (205). They were amazing, i doubt if they ever get angry. Hyatt Place Hotel is my new found land. When next i visit, I would love to have this same team, especially Rita. The location is great, close proximity to the metro, couldn't ask for more. I rate Hyatt Place a 10 on 10

That i had just 16 days. Wish i could stay longer. Also if the breakfast table could include other nationalities apart from the Asian continent, it will be much appreciated

Thanks to the manager for late check out. The hotel was clean. Room size was good. Good value for money in comparison to others. Breakfast was also good.

the location is really nice tgats why it is my home away from home, but this stay was 1 of my worst as to date, i should have not upgraded to apartment the breakfast is upgrading its perfect as of to date previous one has small.variety but now almost perfect

i am a frequent gueat and stay cuople of times in this property but this is one of the worst stay i have fruit flies in the room, the air conditioning is not that cold,
