Unbeatable value for Nairobi, right next to the historic Fairmont Norfolk. For only $64/night my wife and I enjoyed a nice apartment with a large living room area, full kitchen, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and large balcony.
There is no A/C therefore my wife and I slept in the open air with a mosquito net over the bed. We forgot to ask for a fan to keep the mosquitos away, so we ended up getting attacked even with the net.

We had a hot appartement earlier, where we could not sleep at all. As we already had a booking and could not change, we asked for another appartement, which is not hot. But we got again a terribly hot place, where we could not sleep at all. Terrible place, avoid it.

The location is great, quiet and secure. Apt was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Staff were polite and helpful.
Cleanliness was poor, the bathroom is nasty with fungi growing in the growing on walls.
The balcony door was broken and would not lock.
The cleaning staff walked into the bathroom while I was undressed and kept comin and out even after I told to come later after I was dressed.
The WiFi was spotty and unsecured, you cannot sign in more than one device at a time and all my devices shut me off for security.
