We found Bay Breeze to be well fitted out, extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. It was lovely being given some home made treats to have with a cup of tea, as well as fresh fruit. Bay Breeze was just a short walk to Cooks Beach and a good location to base yourself at in the Coromandel Peninsula.

The hosts live just next door and were very welcoming. We felt like we had good privacy, but could also easily reach out to the hosts when we needed to ask questions / borrow towels etc. Location was convenient and a short walk away from the beach and the restaurants

Excellent location

It is about 400 m to the beach. The location is quiet. The equipment is excellent, especially the kitchen. Everything is new and modern. The hosts live in the same house, but are discreetly in the background, although they are always available and very helpful. The only potential for improvement: the outdoor seating area is not covered, so that it cannot be used when it rains, which surprisingly we had plenty of.

Everything was perfect. The attention to detail was second to none. Within a few hundred yards to the beach. Only a short drito the Whitianga ferry. Stunning.

The accommodation was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Games and television provided. Couldn't fault the property
