Mowicribs is conveniently located close to the airport. A very clean comfortable hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing! Food selection was extensive and tasted so good!

Great hotel near the airport (15 mintues by car) but tucked back in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Offered shuttle service and they were on time. Nice breakfast buffet. The staff were very accomodating of our large group (18 people) and met our every request.

Very remote place. Pool is small, just next to parking place. No nice garden to sit. No spa there

The manager Wilber was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made us feel very welcome. The staff in general were great!

It was quite expensive for the room offered.... off the beaten track, basic room.

Customer care service 100% , very friendly people , nice beds and showers . Very very very nice food . I really want to visit a very month at least once .

I liked everything !

Breakfast was good; there was a tendency to overcook the eggs, and most of the food, which we have found in numerous African establishments. We gave them feedback and they improved. The staff Innocent, Diana and Augustine did an outstanding job!

The food was terribly overpriced; IE 26,000 Shillings for beans and rice!! We were in the 14 day quarantine and may have been taken advantaged of because of being foreigners and b/c of lack of business due to pandemic. Hotel manager, please remember INTEGRITY IS EVERYTHING!

The hotel was ok

Up front cost. I was charged $20USD for the ride from the airport which is about 3km away from the hotel. I was charged $15USD to be taken to an ATM which is about a 1-1.5km. I was charged $1USD/ 500ml btl of water. I was not made aware of any of these charges until ask to see my charge 3 days after I was there. I was asked twice if I wanted the room cleaned and that is when I would receive a complementary bottle of water. To avoid be charged American prices I had to hire a driver which was 1/4 of the cost the hotel charge. And I also bought my own water so as not to be gauged for bottle water. Over all, this was my worst hotel out of all of the hotels I have booked with Booking.com I would not recommend this place because they over charged. For the owner to blame covid as a reason for there prices is ridiculous. No where else in Kampala/Entebbe did the prices go up. Shame on this place
