The location is fantastic!

Would be a good idea to let people know that one off the rooms is not attached to the house.

The location to the bay and tge birds were beautiful.

quiet and near the water

we paid a lot in taxi fares over the two days as it was further from Oneroa than we thought.

It was a great weekend away with friends, and a picturesque outlook.

The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were actually a 3 bedroom house with a sleepout that had a bathroom. The gas for the hot water was out and I had to swap bottles to make it work for everyone.

Location as good as it gets for families. House was clean, and well appointed. Kids and adults enjoyed swimming, and use of the kayaks. Enclosure Bay ideal for kayaks and literally 50 metres from property. Kids made good use of supplied games. Close to beautiful walks. Close to good (successful) rock fishing and penguin viewing.Agent was good too; appreciated agent’s assistance when needed.

Two points. First, from the advertising we thought property was one building. It is not; it is two separate buildings. This is important when deciding where kids are to sleep. A floor plan in the advertising would be useful. Second, one of our party, an adult, fell on the stairs when exiting the backyard building . Fortunately no injuries but a significant fall. Issue is that the wide steps blend in colour and it is difficult to see where one step ends and the next one starts . Suggest last wooden plank of each step be painted white so step ends can be seen.

Beautiful view and location. Clean home and had everything you needed. Lovely place. Will definitely be back!

Should have brought car as didnt realise was as far as it was from town. Taxis were costly.

Location was great. Nice cotton linen.

Only one toilet in the main house, no toilet paper on arrival. Bathroom is basic and shared with laundry. Dishwasher very small that doesn't easily fit a normal size dinner plate! Thought nightly rate expensive for what you got, was even more to have a slightly later check out on Sunday.
