عدم تنظيف فرشة الغرفة في المكانس الحديثة وتنظيفها جيدا

Nothing, the staff were very bad, we reserve for 5 people when we arrived they told us they don’t have enough beds, one of us slept on the floor

They told us it’s booking site mistake , however, they refused to cancel the reservation from their site, and they told us that they are not responsible about the mistake

إضاءة الغرفة جيدة

خدمة تنظيف الغرف لا يستجيبون بسرعه تم تسليم الغرفة لما وكان فيها فتات أكل وطلبنا كنسها ولم يتم كنسها تم طلب سليبر وذكروا بأنه مخزونهم فارغ القمامة من غير أكياس ولما طلبنا الأكياس جاء العامل ووضعها على الطاولة دون تركيب عدد الموظفين الذين يتحدثون العربية محدود جداً لا توجد مواقف أرضية أو ربما توجد لكنها خاصة لمن يطلب خدمة صف السيارات فعي غير واضحة

1- Electricity down for maintenance (10am-1 pm), in all hotel rooms; though the hotel accepts reservation! While they perform maintenance 2- the water in the bathroom; is dusty l, dirty!!

Our room did not have any view even though we booked a king room with city view.

The hotel it was a great experience and the most clean place ever and even the employees were amazing and understanding and the food was great so thanks for the great experience and I'm coming back soon

Very clean room, clean hotel, I think I have not seen any cleaner hotel in my life. Highly recommended. I also liked the desk, felt like a good hotel.
