We got room with lots of beds and very spacious. Very clean and mattress very comfortable. Great value for money. Luwell who works there helped me with a lot of things.

clean and spacious room great value for money. staff were lovely. I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date and they let us stay at no extra cost regardless so we were very grateful for this and also the food panda reccos! :)

nothing. however we stayed here as it was close to the bus terminal but staff informed us the buses now left from a station 7k away from here.

We came back the second time around since we enjoyed our first stay at globetrotter! They have the best host, Luwell!

caretaker is very kind, and always attended to our needs. place is so great for its value, very clean and spacious. we enjoyed the common area upstairs, with free coffee and use of utensils. also free drinking cold & hot water. and free use of smart TV. our family had a great time spending Christmas here! also quick availability of vans thru the caretaker.

city is quite a drive but didn't become a problem for us since we had vans ready for pickup. we also enjoyed walking to the main road where tricycles would be available 😄

The location isn't so good

No frills but very clean and comfortable stay near San Jose bus terminal. We booked this as we were looking for something basic and affordable to stay overnight in near the bus terminal (about 10-13 min walk or 40 pesos per way on tricycle). A well-maintained travel lodge -- all are huge family rooms but rates are gratefully budget-friendly. Beds are clean and firm. There's only 2 of us but the rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 5. The location is very ideal if you need to be on the bus terminal the next day. A little out of the way of the main streets into a residential area so if you need to go into town (go to malls, eat at restos) you need to wait patiently at the corner for a tricycle to take you. Do note that trike drivers tend to charge higher than published tariff rates claiming its so out of way. Distance from airport (PPS) roughly 7-8km and trikes charged us 200 pesos for the ride.

The property was spacious and comfortable and all appliances worked.

Owner tried to charge extra for facilities which were shown and confirmed as included on and by booking.com.

we wanted to order TukTuk drivers and had to pay 1000 pesos for a really short way. The receptionist knew the drivers and this all was a game. Usually it would have not costed more than 150 pesos.

The room is clean and the staff is so nice helping us on our tour needs

The internet connection is not strong. It don't reach our room unless we work on the common area.
