Pretty lights, cute outdoor area. Beautiful friendly staff, supported our needs of a refund when asked. Very thankful.

For the price $170 a night, I would have expected basic amenities such as a kettle, tea/coffee to be supplied and a fridge. No this wasn’t the case. Shower was terrible, like a dribble of water. Aircons were loud and rattled hard. The restaurant was closed during our stay as they were catering for event. Difficult when you have children to feed and no fridge. Breakfast came out cold. Told the waitress she just nodded and did nothing to help. Floor tiles around pool were broken and I almost cut myself.

We stayed in the family room. The place is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is served on time. The internet connection is good.

There are no clothes hanger nor robe hooks available in the toilet and bathroom.

the property itself is a really nice space. staff are nice and free purified water is available which is super useful.

the wifi did not work until the last day of our trip, no one’s fault but was very inconvenient for us as we do not have any data. the breakfast was also nice but i think could do with a bit more choice/larger portions that reflects the price of the hotel better.

the bill wasn’t discussed either on arrival or departure. they ended up chasing me for the bill after I have left the hotel. how funny. my credit card is linked on my booking account, can they not charge it there? or Aries at discuss it on the guest arrival or departure? not when the guest have gone?

When we are borrowing plates and the receptionist told us that she can only give us three plates because you have a lot of guest. we are guest also....
