Grounds not maintained, studio was old with stains on the carpet, broken couch & just generally not well maintained

Nice quiet family friendly place

Room was small but had everything we needed and expected for the budget price (except a mirror) Comfortable clean bed with hotel quality sheets and pillows. Friendly person at reception and people working around the place (waves and smiles). Bathroom was outdated but very very clean and well maintained . Loved it here .

Cabin was very cute and comfortable. Facilities were great and bed was very comfortable. Staff member on reception was very welcoming. Nice and quiet area.

Nice location and really nice scenery. The staff were super lovely and helpful, and it was a good price.

Comfort wise, the beds were very uncomfy and the pillows and sheets very scratchy, along with the couch being uncomfortable as well.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the unit was a cosy refuge from some very chilly Christchurch days. It was very convenient for the bus stop for us relying on public transport. My partner enjoyed walking around the estuary area while I stayed in with a wicked cold and a good book.

It was a longer bus ride to the city than I had imagined.

There's no much of utensils and plates to use in the kitchen...

seriously nothing!

Loved the cabin! had our own bathroom and kitchen + pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc etc.. heated room, comfortable beds. even had a cot for my baby to use for free, super convenient!

Driveway could do with some maintenance, but keeps traffic speed down, which is safer.

only one block of facilities which need a little updating however they were very clean,a small mirror in cabin and a couple more hooks would have been good. Over all it suited my needs

We stayed in a little cabin, just a room and bed, no extras, but clean, warm, close to facilities, and a box of kitchen utensils free of charge. Reception person lovely. Quiet, nice lawns.

We left our towels behind and the lovely lady there washed and dried them for us, thank you.

The staff was awesome

This was our first stay in new zealand after a flight for 30 hours, so we mainly were jetlagged! The kitchen was well equipped and the showers and toilets, while slight outdated, were clean and the shower itself was hot and strong. The pool was a great spot for our toddler.

The cabin we where staying in was ok, but did need to be ventilated when we entered. The beds were too soft for our taste, but due to the jetlag we did joy really care. The location itself was near the beach, which was nice, but not the prettiest location on queenstown.
