location is good. that's why I choose. but after staying one night. moved to another place
not much clean. they put a lot of air freshener as though they want to kill you with it.
I had a headache because of this.

يوجد على يسار الفندق مطعم وسوبر ماركت
ويمكن الذهاب الى شارع جي بي ار مشي على الاقدام
الموظفين متعاونين
كل الشقق غرفة نوم منفصلة عن الصالة
الجميل انه يوجد حمامين في كل الشقق ومطبخ متكامل
يوجد حديقة خارجية صغيرة
موقع الفندق صعب الدخول والخروج ويوجد مواقف فقط في الدور الارضي ولا يوجد خدمة صف السيارات
حجزنا عدة شقق وتم اعطاءنا كل شقة في دور مختلف وعند استخدام المصاعد البطاقة تعمل فقط للشقة الخاصة بحامل البطاقة ولا يمكن النزول او الصعود للادوار الاخري
موقع الفندق بعيد عن كل شىء ولا يوجد تحت الفندق اي خدمات او محلات او مطاعم
لا يوجد بلكونة في شقة غرفة وصالة وكذلك هناك غرفتين وصالة بدون بلكونة
اللوبي صغير جداً
مدخل الفندق غير واضح قبل الدخول من الشارع العام

The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable.
Some of the furniture is little worn out and the flat a little tired in some areas but still very comfortable.
There are very few loungers within the pool area 😔

Ahmad in the reception was very kind and very professinal. So was kevin. Both made my stay very plaisant.

The size of the apartment was large. The view of the marina was lovely and staff was very accommodating, esp, Jake! Love him! Pool area was nice with two hot tubs.
No ice cube trays. For a hot-weathered country, ice is a must! Bring your own trays. Requested a higher room but got floor 19 out of 40. Gym is depressingly small and sparsely equipped. Funny smell in second bedroom. Brought own scented candles to remedy.

Large and well-kept apartment.
The staff was very attentive and courteous.
The roadway to the parking garage entrace and turns are too narrow, only for mini cars, but not SUVs.
Also, the pool could be larger, considering the size of the building and a large number of inhabitants.

Location was perfect, checking in was quick & smooth, room was large and kitchen well stocked. Quiet, peaceful sleep in a huge comfortable bed. Check out was smooth

The best thing about this property was by far the amazing staff. You can tell just how hard everyone works and how much pride they take doing their jobs.
The place was decent but needs more of a clean or renew as it can feel a little outdated.

it’s essentially an old apartment block being run as hotel apartments. there is no hotel “feel” from the property or it’s staff

Everything was good. The gym was the favorite part.
If we had direct access to both sides of the main road it would have been great.
The bust stop is 50 meters away, but due to the fact that their is direct access to both sides of the road ends up being an 600 metre walk

We requested early check in, but they could not provide it due to high season. Then the manager upgraded our room. The room was very , very big. All the beds in the room were too big. Our kids loved their single beds. we were 4 people. For big faimiles; up to 6 people could stay in this room. (2 people in main bedroom double bed, 2 people in the second bedroom - 2 single beds and 2 more people in the living room. )
Not so much. Eveything was worth the money. Only they can out additional tools to the kitchen.

Loved the quality of room, exactly as advertised,very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing allowed me to check-in early.
