全般的に明るく清潔な空間 レストランの料理も全て美味しかった 誕生日のお祝いのケーキを差し入れてもらうなどホスピタリティが良かった。

最上階のレストランのディナーを予約していたが部屋からエレベーターで直接アクセスできず、いったん1階に降りる必要があるのは不便。 その日は雨が降り、レストランの屋外席の予約の人を屋内に席を確保する為か、柱の隅の微妙な席に追いやられた感じ。

Very comfortable bed and shower, and great food.

Huge modern hotel in the most modern part of town. It really feels like an oasis to arrive to the hotel after spending the day around town.

There were many small things that didn't really work at our room. The A/C didn't really cool the room. The room door doesn't really close after leaving the room. The bathroom door doesn't really close either, it's one of those places where if your partner has to do his thing in the bathroom you hear it in the room. Even though we were at a really high floor (35th) you could still hear noise from the street below. It felt as a hotel for conventions or weddings but not really for a couple visiting the town for tourism.

When I asked the reason why it was empty, I was told because of Covid. I couldn’t believe that you instructed your people to answer in such idiotic way.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and the rooms are spacious with a great view on the city. It is very useful that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Staff was always ready to help and kind.

The shower was not properly sealed with silicone, so the water leaked each time we would shower. It might need a recaulking/resealing.

Besides location, the staff and facilities were exceptional. Also the size of the room and facilities were great, views across Maniala were amazing and the room service very prompt, and delicious. I highly recommend the wonton soup. :)

we stayed at the club floor like we always do with other hotels. but theur drink selection was not good. considering we paid a lot for this hotel compared to other hotels with the same star rating. my husband asked if he could have a different kind of drink as he was allergic but they did not give him any :( expected more from this hotel for the price i paid for.

Breakfast was good. Room was generally OK but had some issues (see below). Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Great location!

The leather on the work table chair was torn up and it looked really bad. I'm surprised that it wasn't replaced. The power was cut off for a few minutes on my first night which had me a bit worried. It happened to my other colleagues staying at the hotel as well so it must have affected the whole hotel.
