Wi-Fi was a little slow

This apartment is amazing !! So modern, clean, comfy and well furnished. We were able to check in before the official check in time which was great. Great location. We didn’t meet the host but we were in touched and he/she was very reactive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

The studio was larger than expected and good designed with a separate sleeping corner. The beds were very good. Positive also that bathroom and wc were separate. Good connections to everywhere.

Only two little things. There wasn't any dischcloth. The floor in the shower cubicle leans and the floor is slippery. In order to avoid accidents there should be a rubber carpet

The apartment was not ready for arrival (I informed that we would be there earlier, the application was accepted). We had a problem we came to the right place, because the name was different. Very confusing. Lots of things were broken or dirty. In the kitchen it was scary to make food. Bathroom need renovation. A bit noisy even at night due to roadworks, right in front of the building

Perfect location, max 10 minutes to the city center

Poor and unstable internet connection.

The location was wonderfully central, close to the Votiv Church and the Rathaus. There was a lift up to the 4th floor apartment, in a nice old 19th Century apartment building. The apartment was large, with big windows and high ceilings. The furniture was comfortable and modern, with plenty of lighting and storage for a self-catering holiday stay. The only drawback was that a major subway building project was going on right outside, which was causing noise from a generator throughout the night and from the building work starting up at 7am every morning. The double glazing somewhat muffled the noise but sleep was disrupted nevertheless. It would have helped to have been informed in advance of this, so that we would have brought ear plugs. We loved the. location however and would stay there again, if we get the opportunity for another visit to Vienna.

The building work for apparently a new subway station that was going on next to our apartment building.

Lovely clean modern studio flat in a grand traditional Viennese apartment block. High ceilings and original architraves were gorgeous

A new underground route is being built that runs right outside, so floodlights and construction noise 24/7. That said the blackout curtains were very effective

An excellent location with walking distance of main city centre attraction’s, 2mins from underground and trams station, lovely views of historic church opposite. Lovely high ceilings in a spacious room. Well equipped kitchen.

Minor bits of wear and tear that should be attended to. The common hallway is decoratively a bit tired but the quality of the historic large common staircase overcame any quibbles.

Location is great, but the apartment was a bit run down - broken furniture and worn out. In addition it was presented as an apartment with one bedroom, but in fact it was one open space.

Great localisation - just next to City Hall. Lovely building old building. We had an amazing view from our windows. Over all great place - just enough space and style.

The room was very good looking, nice furniture, modern bathroom. I would say the quality and cleaness was good, what bothered me were some details - like messy silicone finish in the nice batroom - although it was clean it looked always kind of dirty because of this :(

The design, the location and the cleanliness are almost perfect just with some minor remarks BUT...

...not informing the client about the construction of a subway 5 meters from the windows is unacceptable. On the construction site there is work 24/7 and apart from the awkward noise there is also a lot of dust coming in through the closed windows. Please you can see bellow the picture with a view from the window of property.

Apartment internet not available as stated in the instructions. We were able to hook to a neighbor apartment network Bathroom was extremely small and shower was not in good condition No kitchen cloth or paper napkins at all. Curtain fell from rail in living room Too warm, even with two fans working Location, per our experience, was not as good as the reviews were mentioning
