The location is good. Good view from the 22nd floor but host advised to close curtains when hot as one bigger air conditioner not working - no point in paying for the penthouse views if have to close curtains. 5 bedrooms 2 storeys but one is inside room with no external view/window.

Penthouse booking for up to 10 people - Only have 5 chairs, 3 cups for hot drinks, 5 for cold drink, 8 cloth hangers. 2 air conditioners for lounge but only the small one is working. While have kitchenette but advised no cooking allowed during check-in. Can see broken washing machine, broken cloth lines and none functioning spa. no wifi in some rooms only lounge is good.

Reaching to the property was very difficult, difficult to communicate with owner. Owner asks for deposit for property, and it was promised to reverse back within weeks. still not received on my card.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!! If I could give it negative stars, I would. 1. It looks nothing like the listing, is merely half renovated and not maintained properly. See photos below to see images of the real property. Apartment is half painted, wall fillers are randomly clustered on walls, small fragments of plasterboard in some corners. The apartment itself was presented to us in a dirty condition. Couch full of stains, curry stains on the table, layer of dust on the table, plasterboard dust in corners, stains on the wall and window frames - just to name a few. I booked the apartment for the dining table so that I could work but it was so dirty that I could not work on it properly and had to work from the bed. Yes, they did offer to clean the apartment after we messaged them, but the apartment should be cleaned BEFORE visitors arrive and not during. Ultimately we declined as we occupied the apartment the entire time and did not want our privacy invaded upon. 2. There is a lingering bathroom smell that does not go away. 3. The air-conditioning in the living room is very old but the one in the bedroom does not turn on at all. 4. Loud due to neighbouring nightclub (we had preference for a quiet room) Plush gave us one option - shorten our stay and receive a pro-rated refund. If we decided to shorten our stay, we would be tasked with the impossible mission of finding a new apartment and because our stay was during the busy Xmas period, there were no other accommodations to stay at. After explaining this, Plush still declined our proposal for a partial refund, stressing us even more as we had to continue staying and paying for this apartment. Overall, this accommodation is not worth the price due to its half renovated condition, poor level of cleanliness and the lack of empathy by Plush. Our stay in Ipoh has been ruined by this experience, and we recommend avoiding this apartment, and Plush services, if you want to avoid the same experience.
